Objective:To investigate unresectable sarcoma patients treated by Traditional Chinese Medicine combined with Cryoablation. To analyze the short-term efficacy factors of each Cryoablation treatment.Methods:44 patients were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods. The control group including 18 patients was treated with Traditional Chinese Medicine only. The observation group including 26 patients was treated with Traditional Chinese Medicine combined with Cryoablation. We evaluated recent efficacy after 4 weeks;progression-free survival and overall survival and recorded adverse reactions. In the observation group,26 patients underwent 43 cryoablation during the study.the minimally invasive surgerys were divided into un progression group and progression group according to the recent curative effect. The single factor study was conducted to evaluate the prognosis of 31 factors which were likely to influence the prognosis. At the same time, the overall curative effect and target lesion were observed. The paper selected five typical cases which reducted tumor and relieved symptoms treated by Cryoablation surgery and perioperative treatment of syndrome differentiation. Results:The disease control rate of the observation group was 69%that was significantly better than 39%of the control group(Pearson Chi-square=3.991,p=0.046<0.05).The median progression-free survival in the observation group was 2 months and the control group was 0 months. The median overall survival in the observation group was 8 months and the control group was 5 months. There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups,(x 2=0.894,p=0.344>0.05)The adverse reactions of two groups was mild and eased by observed or symptomatic treatment. The results needed to be further studied by large sample. The adverse reactions in two groups were mild and relieved by observation or symptomatic treatment. The observation group did not appear fever after surgery, pain and other mild adverse reactions. There was no significant difference in ECOG score after 4 weeks than before in the two groups. The mOS of un progression group was 12 months and the progress group was 7.5 months. The survival rate of the two groups was log rank test results(χ2=4.493,p=0.034<0.05),the survival rate of the two groups there was a significant difference. There was a significant difference between the progress and the non-progress group by the follow factors:The prognosis of the TNM staging(pOR=0.007)was late, the more tumors quantity(pOR=0.03)resulted in poor prognosis; The freezing time(pTR=0.025)was longer than 30min;The absolute value of lymphocytes after treatment one week(pOR=0.027;pTR=0.002)creased resulted in a good prognosis; The main symptoms(pOR=0.000;pTR=0.001)and pathogenesis(pOR=0.001;PTR=0.001)score decreased resulted in a good prognosis. The difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion:The Cryoablation in the treatment of unresectable sarcoma can increase the disease control rate and extend progression-free survival and overall survival. The patients are well tolerated. It can be used as an effective treatment for unresectable sarcoma patients, and it is worthy to conduct a multi-center,large sample randomized controlled trial.Local cryoablation is a recent effect of whether the progression can affect the overall survival time of patients, the recent efficacy of patients without progression of the total survival period was significantly extended 4.5 months.TNM pathological staging late, the number of tumors, poor prognosis.Freezing time is longer than 30min less than 30min,the absolute value of lymphocytes in one week after surgery than the preoperative rise, the main symptoms and pathology score improved, the prognosis is good.Target lesions preoperative necrosis, with pseudocapsules,burrs,sub-valve shape more round, the direction of the transfer into the table,go to the table than the recent changes in the efficacy of easy progress, preoperative ECOG score 0-2 points 3-4 minutes,Freezing rate of 80-100%less than 80%,easy to control the disease, these factors to a certain extent, the impact of prognosis.Frozen ablation is an important time for TCM treatment.
