Objective:Sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease is a common and frequently occurring disease in gynecology,traditional Chinese medicine has advantages in treating sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease.Traditional Chinese medicine realizes that blood stasis is the basic pathogenesis of this disease,so we put forward the conception of blood stasis microenvironment leading to the sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease.As removing blood stasis is the the basic principle of the treatment,we formulate Danzhi Decotion to treat sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease and explore the the mechanism of treating thedisease.Methods:In Animal experiment,a mouse model of pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae was simulated by implantating Chlamydia muridarum to explore the relationship between the inflammatory cytokine interleukin-17A(IL-17A),interleukin-17F(IL-17F),monocyte chemoattractant protein-1(MCP-1),macrophage inflammatory protein-2(MIP-2)and sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease,and to observe the function of Danzhi Decoction in treating sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease.In cell experiment,we use IL-17A/IL-17F to induce mouse embryonic fibroblasts(NIH-3T3)to simulate the model of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease in vitro.To explore the relationship between sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease and mitogen activated protein kinase(MAPK)/extracellular signal regulated kinase(ERK).In this study,we research the effects of Danzhi Decoction on influencing the MAPK/ERK signal pathway,and to explore the mechanism of Dan Zhi Yin in treating sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease.In Clinical research,the patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome of pelvic inflammatory disease patients with chronic pelvic pain are treated with Danzhi Decoction,and to observe the function of Danzhi Decoction in chronic pelvic pain,TCM syndrome score,depression score and anxiety score.Results:In Animal experiment,we observe that sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease can increase mice inflammatory cytokines IL-17A,IL-17F,MCP-land MIP-2.And Danzhi decoction can effectively reduce inflammatory cytokines and reduce the chronic pelvic pain in sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease.In cell experiment,we found that IL-17A/IL-17F can induce NIH-3T3 cells to secret inflammatory cytokines.Danzhi decoction can inhibit MAPK/ERK signal pathway to decrease inflammatory cytokines.In Clinical research,we observe that Danzhi Decoction can reduce chronic pelvic pain,TCM syndrome score,depression score and anxiety score in patients with sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease.Conclusion:The sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease can increase mice inflammatory cytokines IL-17A,IL-17F,MCP-land MIP-2,And Danzhi decoction can effectively reduce inflammatory cytokines through inhibiting MAPK/ERK signal pathway.Danzhi decoction can effectively reduce chronic pelvic and improve clinical syndrome and depression and anxiety state in patient with sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease.
