A Study On Textual Research And Standardization Of The Cutaneous Ringworm Class Diseases

There are three conceptions on the cutaneous ringworm class diseases.First the tinea of western medicine is the skin disease due to fungal infection.Second the tinea of traditional Chinese medicine consists of many kind of skin diseases.Third the oral tinea disease in Chinese includes all kinds of shin disorder.At present the first conception is used in Chinese medicine.And in author 's opinion it is the alienation of Chinese medicine.This thesis analyses the majority of skin fungal infection,part of traditional Chinese cutaneous ringworm diseases,and part of oral tinea disease.There are seven sections of this article.The first reviews the progresses of skin tinea diseases.The second is the introduction.It talks about the conception of skin tinea disease,the purpose and significance of this study,and the research method with an example.The third is the textual research on the skin tinea diseases,such as the tinea diseases on the head(tinea blanca;favus),on the face(pityriasis simplex;infantile eczema),in the mouth(thrush),on the neck(cattle-skin lichen),on the trunk(tinea circinata;tinea versicolor;nipple wind),on the private parts(scrotum eczema;tinea inguinalis),on the limbs(four bends wind;ichthyosis),on the hands and feet(goose-web wind;tinea pedis;tinea nuguium),on the uncertain part of body(eczema;white crust;pine bark plaque;lichen planus),and the tinea disease.The forth talks about the conception of skin tinea diseases system.It also proposes the normative name according to the textual research.The fifth is the summary.It summarizes the new discovery and talks about the deficiencies and further study on this textual reasearch.The sixth is the reference.The seventh is the documentary collection of the skin tinea diseases.There are five innovations on this article.First it investigates the historical evolution on the name of skin tinea diseases.Second the textual research is a system on skin tinea disease.Third there are many new cognitions on skin tenea diseases.Forth it proposes the normative name,as part job of the terminology standard research.For example,the author recommend la-li(??)to replace fei-chuang(??).Fifth the author has found many diseases which have the same name,and the same name which means different diseases in different books.
