origin,academic ideas and clinical experience;clinical observation and experimental study on the He Jie Qing Li Decoction for the treatment of idiopathic fibrosis(IPF);review about research on IPF of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine reflect inheriting.On Professor ZhouZhaoShan’s academic ideas and clinical experience,this paper was innovative in the teacher’s basis.The first part.Study on the academic thought and clinical experience of Professor ZhouZhaoShanZhouZhaoShan graduated from Shandong College of traditional Chinese medicine in July 1979.He had inherited instructor Meng Mingsan and Chao Enxiang with the name of the old Chinese academic,studed on the classic Chinese medicine more deeply.During learn from Chao Enxiang,his paper named "Study on Zhi Yin Syndrome and treatment of chest full Syndrome in《synopsis of prescriptions of the golden chamber》rated as excellent graduation thesis.His work for thirty years,on the prevention and treatment of bronchial asthma,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,pulmonary fibrosis and other insights were unique,and were summarized as follows.1.Academic opinion1.1 Thenar palmprinthrough the long-term clinical observation,Professor ZhouZhaoShan found the form of thenar palmprint has extremely significant difference between asthma patients and normal people.Through careful research on consolidation,he summarizes the thenarpalmprint,and studied on it.Huang di’s Canon of Medicine said:"As it should be outside,we could know its internal organs,then knew his disease".According to local research,people can infer the situation as a whole.Changes of thenar palmprint morphology can provide clues for the diagnosis of asthma.1.2 Asthma due to kidney deficiency For the prevention and treatment of asthma,by epidemiological research methods and through the data collection study,Professor ZhouZhaoShan found that asthma patients who have "kidney deficiency quality",should be tonifying kidney ifrom the constitution differentiation,Called "physique differentiation".1.3 Syndrome differentiationSyndrome differentiation meaned that according to the comprehensive efficiency of the prescription and symptom and syndrome group of patient,correspondence with each other.When there weren’t dialectical methods available,we could directly use the corresponding prescription.2.Summary of Professor ZhouZhaoShan’s clinical experience2.1 Qingfeishenshi Decoction in the treatment of Heat AsthmaHeat asthma is a common clinical syndrome type of asthma.Usually the treatment of heat asthma was caused by heat phlegm obstructing the lung,with relieved heat phlegm by Qingfeihuatan prescription,with Dingchuan decoction,Maxingshigan Decoction and so on.According to Professor ZhouZhaoShan,his concept was"treat sputum from firstly the origin of phlegm orin",it’s prescription called qingfeishenshi Decoction could clear away lung heat and light penetration dampness.2.2Treatment of Heat Asthma with Reconciliation of shaoyangRecording to "Linzheng Zhinan Yi’an"," the qi activity of person should be machined with the natural world,drop from the right lung and left up from liver properly."If Shaoyang pivoted and qi activity reversed,body fluid accumulated into phlegm,heat graduated on the disturbance,then phlegm and heat knoted together,lastly induced heat asthma.Pathological factors of Asthma specially due to phlegm,eliminating phlegm Focus on regulate qi-flowing.2.3 Prevention and treatment of asthma by nourishing kidney and infiltrationThe pulmonary mainly regulate respiratory,kidney qi,the two joint regulates of gas machine operation;in addition,kidney regulate main body fluid,and in body fluid metabolism plays a dominant role.If lung and kidney qi was deficiency,water metabolism disorders,phlegm was prone to being.From the thought that" kidney deficiency quality "is an important cause of asthma remission,by syndrome differentiation and ompatibility of prescription,treating ashma with fangxiao capsule made by professor ZhouZhaoShan has a good curative effect.The second part.To evaluate the curative effect through clinical observation and animal experimental solution on in the treating idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis with hejieqingli decoction and to explore the possible targets.1.Clinical researchOn the efficacy of TCM syndrome,and hejieqingli decoction can obviously improve wheezing,shortness of breath,shortness of breath,cough,expectoration,yellow phlegm,pain and other symptoms of IPF patients.On the St Georges quality of life survey questionnaire,and hejieqingli decoction can improve the life quality of patients with IPF.The hejieqingli decoction can significantly increase the 6 minutes walking distance.On the safety of hejieqingli decoction,no serious adverse events occurred.2.Experimental study2.1 the phenomenon of the lung tissue and pulmonary emphysema in the lung tissue of the lung fibrosis model mice can be reduced by the reconciliation of the hejieqingli decoction.2.2By immunohistochemical detection of lung tissue,the expression level of Smad3 protein and TGF protein was significantly lower in the hejieqingli decoction group,confirmed that the decoction has an effct of anti fibrosis effect.The third part.Review on the research progress of IPF integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis is a kind of unknown etiology of chronic,progressive interstitial lung disease,it’s major pathological features is the damage of alveolar wall,inflammatory cell infiltration and diffuse proliferation of collagen fiber deposition,loss of lung tissue damage and function,an is a kind of irreversible common deadly lung disease.In 30 years it’s pathogenesis conclued chronic inflammation,epithelial cell injury,the injury of alveolar cell proliferation,cell extracellular matrix excessive deposition of abnormal repair and so on.So far,the treatment on western medicine,except long-term oxygen therapy and lung transplantation,had lots of adverse reactions and lacked relevant evidence-based evidence.Chinese medicine has achieved remarkable results in prevention and treatment of pulmonary fibrosis,due to its emphasis on the holistic concept and treatment based on syndrome differentiation,it can treat pulmonary fibrosis with multi link,multi target characteristics,effectively reduce the clinical symptoms and slow the progression of the disease,improve the quality of life of patients.The article summaried the diagnosis and treatment experience of single traditional Chinese medicine on treating IPF,from the etiology and pathogenesis,dialectical type of research,expert treatment experience,single medicine and compound medicines research and so
