The medical department is not only the promoter of the period of big data,but also the participant.Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)clinical data has typical big data characteristics.The data volume is huge and the data types are complex.The TCM electronic medical record(EMR)contains a lot of valuable clinical information.The "13th Five-Year" Chinese medicine information development plan pointed out that we will establish information resource library of TCM electronic medical records,improve the dynamic update and sharing application mechanism of basic information resources of TCM,organize and guide the development of TCM data resources,comprehensively enhance the information collection,processing,transmission,use,security capabilities,release the digital bonus,promote information consumption.The wide application of the Internet,social networks and wearable devices had expanded and enriched the data sources of TCM EMR and increased the volume of data.The application requirements and application methods of EMR data also changed under the background of big data.Traditional Information processing methods can not be response flexibly and effectively.The analysis of the present situation of domestic and foreign research shows that the research on the big data of traditional Chinese medicine was still in the initial stage,and there was little research on the data of electronic medical records of traditional Chinese medicine.So there were some urgent problems to must be solved.? There was no big data sharing service architecture for TCM electronic medical records which can shield the heterogeneity and complexity of data resources;? The existing storage system of electronic medical record of TCM was simple,lacked the reasonable and effective storage mechanism for unstructured and semi-structured electronic medical records data,lacked the protection of data sharing and data security mechanism.? In the face of large-scale EMR data,the traditional data mining method taked a great deal of time and memory space,seriously reduced the efficiency of TCM EHR data analysis.In order to solve the problems above,it was necessary to systematically study the big data service architecture,storage system and data mining method of TCM electronic medical records.(1)The Big data service architecture of TCM Electronic Medical Records had been proposed.Based on the top-down approach,with the literature investigation,expert consultation and field research methods,this paper summarized the connotation of TCM big data,analyzed the sources?the characteristics of TCM EHR and the needs of user roles under the background of big data.According to the results of the survey and analysis,the conceptual framework and system framework of the electronic data of Chinese medicine were summarized,and the overall factors of TCM EMR were grasped from the top design point of view.The system includes data acquisition layer,data storage layer,data analysis layer and data application layer.(2)The sharing storage mechanism of the TCM electronic medical records based on MongoDB had been designed.This paper studied the storage format and storage requirements of TCM electronic medical record data under the background of big data,regulated and restricted the TCM electronic medical record documents based on the international standard HL7 CDA for medical information storage and exchange.Through the nesting and refinement of each element in the CDA template,the standardized representation of TCM EHR data information could be realized so as to realize the sharing of TCM EMR.Analyzed the defects and deficiencies of the traditional relational database,designed TCM medical records storage mode based on MongoDB database,achieved the integrated storage of HL7 CDA documents,sound images and large files of medical images.Designed the data organization and storage rules based on the type of disease and patient ID so as to establish the horizontal and ver tical correlation between the datasets,which laid the foundation for the search,analysis and excavation of TCM electronic medical records.Studied the safety mechanism of EMR shared storage,and put forward the EHR data protection method based on the full demonstration of existing standards,laws,regulations and related technologies.(3)Researched and implemented data mining of TCM electronic medical records under the background of Big data.This paper compared the differences between big data mining and traditional data mining,researched the tools and methods of big data mining,analyzed the concept and process of big data mining of TCM.In order to adapt to the large amount of data of TCM EMR in the background of big data,the Aprior algorithm was improved based on Hadoop platform,and the improved Apriori algorithm was used to mine the pharmaceutic rule of traditional chinese medicine for stroke patients.The feasibility and the superiority of the improved algorithm was verified in this papaer.This paper applies the idea and technology of big data to the data service of TCM electronic medical records.Made up the shortcomings and deficiencies of traditional data processing methods through the researches and practices of the key problems in the collection,storage,analysis and application of TCM electronic medical record data.It provided important theoretical support and practical guidance for the application of big data technology in the field of TCM.
