| Research purpose:(1)Taking the medical records of those patients with ankylosing spondylitis that treated by Professor Zhou Zhongying at the outpatient department of the Chinese Medical Master as an object for research,and summarizing the dialectical ideas,medication and diagnosis and treatment rules of Professor Zhou Zhongying in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis,comprehensively summarize,collate and refine treatment rules and academic thoughts of Professor Zhou Zhongying on the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis,which is facilitate the clinical practice of the later scholars.(2)Application of main treatment methods and core characteristics of Zhou Zhongying in outpatient service of traditional Chinese medicine therapy in patients those with ankylosing spondylitis,prospective clinical observation,and which to verify the exact effect of the prescription.Research methods:(1)Collecting the database of case data for patients with ankylosing spondylitis that treated outpatients of the Chinese medicine master Professor Zhou Zhongying from 1998 to 2014,and cleaning,sorting,statistics and data mining for the database.Application of various statistical methods,data mining techniques,network map layout and other methods to describe the symptom,pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine,Chinese medicine treatment principle and the rule of prescription medicine,so that it can analyze and summarize the basic information of the inflammatory disease data,the related rule of law and the characteristics of prescription drugs of Professor Zhou Zhongying treatment of ankylosing spine,and comprehensively refined the experience and academic theory of Professor Zhou Zhongkai that application of Chinese medicine on the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis.(2)The guidance professor adopted the experience of professor zhou zhongying on treating patients with ankylosing spondylitis,then observe the therapeutic effect and quality of life improvement.Research results:(1)General Information:① The Medical record of Professor Zhou Zhongying had 49 cases and 174 medical visits.Among them,there were 34 men,which was accounting for 69%,and where were 15 women,which was accounting for 31%.The average age was(36.49±11.02)years old,while the minimum was 20 years old,the maximum was 68 years old.②In the 174 consultations,which involved 222 symptoms(including signs,tongue coating,and pulse patterns),and the frequency of symptoms>10%was low back pain(106 times),afraid of the cold(64 times),poor activities(49 times),hip and hip pain(48 times),joint stiffness(44 times),loose stool(42 times),joint pain(39 times),dry mouth(35 times),urine yellow(28 times),fatigue(27 times),the mainland normal(23 times),knee pain(21 times),frequent urination(18 times).The occurrence frequency of tongue>10%coating of moss huang(156 times),moss greasy(114 times),moss thin(96 times),tongue dark(74 times),dark red tongue(39 times),tongue is red(33 times),purple tongue(22 times),and a frequency of pulse>10%in condition:pulse fine(96 times),pulse(82 times),pulse string(68 times),small(39 times)of arteries and veins.③The pathogenesis of frequency ≥ 10 were deterrent(83times),renal deficient(80 times),liver-kidney deficiency(57 times),rheumatism(51 times),damp-heat intrinsic(26 times),cold and dampness(20 times),cold and dampness(19 times),chronic illness(16 times),stomach insufficiency(15 times),Damp-heat(15 times),Liver-kidney yin deficiency(10 times).④The syndromes that involved were renal(91.38%),liver(44.25%),spleen(10.92%),stomach(10.34%),heart(4.60%),and hypodermic(1.15%).⑤The pathological factors that involved include:wet(81.03%),sputum(79.31%),sputum(50.57%),wind(31.03%),heat(31.03%),cold(25.29%).(2)All the medical record information appeared traditional Chinese medicine 212 in total,the largest number of top ten kinds drug that was statistics is about:radix dipsaci,fairy spleen,ground beetle,one thousand health,south star,rhizoma drynariae,medicinal indianmulberry root,grilled scorpion,cooked rehmannia root,angelica.(3)The core pathogenesis of ankylosing spondylitis for Professor Zhou Zhongying was mainly consists of deficiency of liver and kidney/deficiency of kidney regulator,cold/coldness/resistance.Involve other pathogenesis include:dampness and heat intrinsic,damp heat and phlegm resistance,cold and damp phlegm,dampness and heat resistance,kidney deficiency,chronic illness,and kidney deficiency,spleen and stomach,liver and spleen deficiency,and qi and yin hurt.The pathologic factors include the kidney,liver,spleen,stomach,etc.,and the pathologic factors include wind,cold,humidity,heat,phlegm and blood stasis.(4)The guided professor treated 25 patients with the experience of Professor zhou zhongying that treating ankylosing spondylitis;after one month of treatment,the total effective rate of TCM syndrome improvement was 72%;The total effective rate was 92%after two months.The total effective rate was 96%after three months.It was indicated that the therapeutic effect of TCM syndromes in treating AS was of certain timeliness,that is,the efficacy was gradually improved with the extension of treatment time.Research conclusion:(1)Professor zhou zhongying was responsible for the diagnosis and treatment of ankylosing spondylitis,which was mainly related to kidney and liver in syndrome,and the pathological factors include wind,cold,humidity,heat,phlegm,blood stasis and other evidences,and which were based on deficiency.(2)The pathogenesis was mainly including liver and kidney deficiency/negative kidney deficiency,cold/coldness/stagnation.The treatment was based on the basic principles of"eliciting evil spirits and propagating the meridians." Besides eliminate pathogenic drugs,they were mostly supplemented with deficiency and righting medicines that can help support righteousness,that was,tonic and phlegm and evil were treated together to support both positive and negative abilities.And the evil was "wind,cold,wet,heat,phlegm,and blood stasis",virtually,"the liver and kidney deficiency" accounted for the majority.(3)The time for professor zhou zhongying to use the ripe local yellow was:the tongue was dominated by dark red;The pulse was dominated by veins;The pathogenesis was related to the kidney and that is mostly empty.(4)When using drugs should pay attention to the two aspects of the functions of dehumidification and cold fill,and around "pathogenesis syndrome factor" as the core and that were divided into six treatment principles and basic formula:removing wind and dispelling cold,removing humidification,clearing heat and dredging collaterals,clearing heat and removing dampness,warming meridian and dispersing cold,removing phlegm and removing stasis,dredging collaterals,supplementing qi and nourishing yin,strengthening spleen and dredging collaterals,nourishing liver and kidney,strengthening the muscles and collaterals,which the basic prescription was coix seed soup,four miao powder,guizhi paeonia,radix coicari,shuanghe soup,radix ophiopogon soup,and the single live parasitic soup.(5)The guidance professor used the ideas and prescriptions of Professor Zhou Zhongying treat 25 patients with ankylosing spondylitis.After three months of the treatment with traditional Chinese medicine decoction,the symptoms of patients improved obviously and the quality of life was improved. |
