By the end of2013, the data of Qin Bamboo-slips Manuscripts had been published in batches one after another. Among them, there were nine batches of data which were comparatively comprehensive, and the rest were sporadical. These published data have a great deal of reference value on the research of paleography, ancient documents and the history of Chinese language. With these data as the object of this research, this paper mainly concentrates on the comprehensive study of empty words and sentence patterns of Qin Bamboo-slips Manuscripts, and also the deep investigation into the grammatical phenomena which are directly relevant to these words and sentence patterns. In the meanwhile, the more reasonable viewpoints are put forward about the interpretation of some particular words and sentences.In Chapter1, it contains a brief introduction of the data, the retrospection about the research on grammar of Qin Bamboo-slips Manuscripts and the thoughts of this paper. In Chapter2, there is not only the meticulous description and analysis of preposition appeared in the data, based on which, an investigation into a certain of particular preposition is conducted from the diachronic perspective of development, but also the key research concentrating on the preposition of‘Yi(?)',‘Yu(?)',and'Yu(?)'.Beyond that, locative element related to preposition,‘Ke(?)',‘Keyi(??) are also discussed in the part. Chapter3concludes both the meticulous description and analysis of conjunction appeared in the data and the key research on the conjunction of'Yi(?)',‘Er(?)',and‘Ji(?)'.In Chapter4, auxiliary words of'Suo(?)',‘Zhe(?)',‘Zhi(?)',‘Ye(?)',‘Yi(?)', and the 'VP?NP'structure("?·?·?”??),Guosuo(??),‘P Zhe'(“VP”?)and‘S?P'structure(“???”??)which are related to these auxiliary words are analyzed deeply. In Chapter5, an all-round investigation into theinterrogative sentences appeared in the data is carried on, which are classified into6groups. In Chapter6, the comprehensive analysis of judgement sentences is presented from the perspective of with of without copulaand the semantic relation of these sentences. Chapter7involves passive form and disposal construction appeared in the data. The description of passive form is given taxonomically from the perspective of with or without signs. The disposal construction is studied from the perspective of narrow sense, broad sense and causative.
