Research On The Responsibility Ethics Of Science And Technology In The Era Of Science

During a long history of human society,technology and human coexisted,while science originally just lied in the dialectical conjesture and the body of philosophy,when modern times came,science gradually combined with technology from their ancient seprete state,and appeared the trends of unitilization,systemlization,and integralization.In the megascience era,science and technology has changed humans’life,improved their practical ability in an unprecedentedly developing velocity and scale;meanwhile the activities of science and technology have negative influence on the natural environment and human beings,which causes much concern,and inquires us to study responsibility ethics of the agent of science and technology first,then makes it develop the role of value guideline in the real practical field.Based on the above consideration,this thesis,according to the study foundation of home and abord,using the methods of logic,positive,system,value analysis and the combination of multi--disiplines,combs the course of the emerging,developing,and rising of the responsibility,the thoughts of responsibility ethics as well,proves that the combination of responsibility and the ethics of science and technology is an inevitable tendency in the era of megascience;then taking man as a basic point,it analysizes the structure and levels of the agent of science and technology,as well as the object structure of responsibility ethics of the agent of science and technology,puts forword the relative theory and its adjusting system,finally in the practical level,it tries to analyze the real range and its realization path of responsibility ethics of the agent of science and technology.This thesis includes two parts,they are introduction and body parts.In the part of introduction,the thesis firstly simply combs the thread of the development of modern science and technology,analyzes the origin the magescience,gives the definitions and characteristics of megascience and minorscience;secondly,it makes clear the relationship of science and technology,pointes that in the megascience era,the focus and essence of the ethics of science and technology is responsibility ethics of the agent of science and technology,finally it demonstrates the present study situation of home and abord,the study clue,methods and main new points.There are five chapters in the body parts.In chapterl,<responsibility and responsibility ethics>,first of all,combes the etymology,the theory of responsibility,and its tranditional conception,and it outlines the ground,the principle,and types of responsibility;secondly,it defines the conception of responsibility ethics,and reviewes responsibility ethics in the tranditional thoughts of China and the West;again taking the developing and rising of responsibility ethics in the west thought,it manages to prove that responsibility ethics of the agent of science and technology is not only necessary for the development of science and technology,but also it is the unavoidable production for the development of science and technology to a certain period,it has profound social value.In chapter2,<the theory establishment of responsibility ethics of the agent of science and technology>,firstly,taking the existance of real person as a point,it analysizes the structure and levels of the agent of science and technology,as well as the object structure of responsibility ethics of the agent of science and technology;secondly,it puts forth that there needs to establish three foundations such as value,orgnization,and laws for responsibility ethics of the agent of science and technology;thirdly it points out that establishing responsibility ethics of the agent of science and technology should stick to the principles of humanism,ecology,justice,and utilitarianism.Also in this chapter,it demonstrates the functions of the spirit,the guide,the adjusting,and the encouraging etc.of responsibility ethics of the agent of science and technology.In chapter3,<the adjusting system of the responsibility ethics of the agent of science and technology>firstly analysizes three types of adjusting of the activities of science and technology,it points out that,ethical adjusting is an necessary supplyment for government and market adjusting,it aims to give an useful guide to the ethical choice of the activities of science and technology,adjusting or solving the benefit conflits among them;then,it analysizes the position and functions of responsibility ethics of the agent of science and technology;finally,it puts forth that responsibility ethics of the agent of science and technology not only needs the members of science and technology to play roles,but also needs government’s guide roles,together with the impetus roles of the community of science and technology and enterprenures.In chapter 4,<the practical range of responsibility ethics of the agent of science and technology>firstly analysizes the connotation,the characteristics and the ethical implication of innovation of science and technology in the megascience era,believes that responsibility ethics of the agent of science and technology and innovation of science and technology is a contradition of co-existing;then,it combs the relationship of responsibility ethics and sustainable development,analysizes the inspiration of responsibility ethics to sustainable development,and the promoting role of sustainable development to responsibility ethics;finally,it analysizes the dialectical relationship among innovation of science and technology,sustainable development,and responsibility ethics of the agent of science and technology,points out that as an important idea for the impliment straitage of science and education developing the nation----innovation of science and technology,together with sustainable development,establishes the real range of responsibility ethics of the agent of science and technology in the megascience era.Innovation of science and technology is the way,sustainable development is the end,responsibility ethics of the agent of science and technology as an adjusting method is throughout the former,the three interact mutually,altogether promote the practice of responsibility ethics of the agent of science and technology.In chapter 5,<the realization path of responsibility ethics of the agent of science and technology>firstly analysizes the dilemma and misfields of moral building for responsibility ethics of the agent of science and technology,as well as its real possibilities to come true in the megascience era;then,it discusses the whole guide principles of responsibility ethics of the agent of science and technology practice,analysizes the mechinism issues of science and technology including policies,design,laws,and scientific education;finally it explores the realization mechinisms,embracing discourse and legislation,supervising,publicity,encouraging,credit,etc.
