It is very Important for literature helping people solve the social ecological dilemma. The third chapter discusses the value of literature for spiritual ecology. In modern society, people's spiritual ecology has a lot of problems, such as the alienation of people, disoriented, psychopathic, etc. They are the effects of industrial and technological civilization, or materialism, or expansion. To solve the problems of spiritual ecology, literature advocate us to return nature, or uphold the spirit of traditional culture. In addition, the literature itself is the poetic dwelling homes for human, which is certainly helpful in solving the people's spiritual and ecological crisis.The linkages among nature ecology, social ecology and spiritual ecology are intimate. Because people's spiritual ecology is imbalance, thought and culture have erred, the thought of subject-object dichotomy leads to mankind march to the nature wantonly, resulting in a natural ecological crisis,and the humanity in self-centered way of thinking, bring social ecological crisis, at the same time, the natural ecological crisis and the social ecological crisis, in turn, exacerbated the ecological crisis of the human spirit. To solve the natural, social, spiritual ecological crisis, views presented in this thesis is integration, to solve the natural ecological crisis is to achieve integration of man and nature; to solve the colonial people's social ecological crisis is to achieve the integration of race; to solve the female's social ecological crisis is to achieve gender integration; to solve the spirit ecological crisis is to achieve the integration of people who with others and self-integration. All relationships are integrated, then everything can develop healthily and harmoniously, and all ecosystems can maintain balance and sustainable development.Literature reflects the wealth value of their own when it concerns in ecology, which showing that literature is not like the others said, "he is dead", but may continue to find new growth point in the field of ecology. Therefore, in saving the ecology literature is also saving itself. Future development of literature should be closely with ecology, when concerning about the ecological crisis, at the same time, literature concerns the development of its own, this is a new direction of development for literature.When trying to solve the ecological crisis, literature reflects its value, at the same time, there are still weaknesses:at first, the writer's attention is not enough; the second, the works have not high artistic achievement; thirdly, the own strength of literature is weak. The road which literature in saving the ecology and developing itself is very long, there is still much room for literature to improve.The method of this paper is text analysis, the texts are selected from the ancient literature and modern literature and Chinese literature and foreign literature, the texts which I select are the classic literature or the popular literature. And the texts which I select may have won the Nobel Prize in literature or have access to the Mao Dun Literature. This paper tries to select the typical and representative texts.
