How Deterministic Chance Possible?

Generally speaking,it is impossible for a deterministic chance allowed non-trivial values here.But some have argued that it is compatible,which gives rise to a package to make chance and determinism compatible with each other,but some lay out some perfect reasons to challenge those who hold that deterministic chance is possible.Intuitively it looks like a paradox of chance being deterministic,for if it is all fixed by natural law,then where chance comes from.Moreover from the view of role and definition for chance,it is almost impossible for deterministic chance.But we are holding the ground that it is compatible for objective chance and determinism.On one hand,there is something wrong in the definition of chance giving by the reductive ground,which puts too much restriction on it,and it cannot meet the requirement of a general explanation of the origin and principles of chance.On the other hand,it is feasible and well-grounded to modify and enlarge the resources of chance.So,we give a new explanation of chance,which makes it robust enough to get rid of a package of restrictions unsuitable for it,and such a reinforced chance can play a role in some scenario to which it was not used.Meanwhile,we retain the general usage of determinism,which makes it robust enough such that it will not sacrifice artificially its principle to cater to chance,say,to change the meaning of natural law in it,though it may change with the change of history and of what we know.But at least here,we think that it is unnecessary to make a modification of the definition of determinism,though something of subtle change will be shown when it is compatible with chance.Finally,we call the new role of chance robust chance,which will be interpreted further after discussing Humean supervenience,the reductionism view of chance,and Wittgenstein's view of probability.
