Under the shock of modernization, intangible cultural heritage are facing with unprecedented crisis, during the authors'survey, much intangible cultural heritage of Bai nationality is losing its mass base and market share which was established for hundreds of years, and it's led to the inheritors' decline of income and social position. With the older generation inheritors gradually aging, inheritors are facing with dating and even no successors. Archives of inheritor such as manuscripts, certificates, productions, tools, photos, audies, and viedies record originally the inheritor's intangible cultural heritage information and culture, materialize the living intangible cultural heritage for the later generations, in this sense, establish, collect, manage and protect the archives of inheritors, with continuate the inheritors'inherit life and develop the new inheritors are equally important.On the base of the archival multiverse and pluralism, collaborative governance, and personal archive management theory, the paper investigate the Bai inheritors of intangible cultural heritage, and the relevant organizations of agglomeration of Bai nationality, to study the archiving protection of Bai inheritors.
