Ethical Review On The Low Carbon Eoconomy

Human put forward the low-carbon economic development model,in order to eliminate the tensions between human and nature,and realize the synergetic development of economy,society and environment.At present,the community has reached a common consensus for the necessity of developing low carbon economy.However,they didn't come to an agreement for the specific development modes.In particular,as a new development concept,the low-carbon economy development model is different from traditional pattern of economic growth in many ways,which will cause lots of obstacles and problems to the development of low-carbon economy.Among them,the problem that how to deal with the interest conflicts between different groups or regions must stand in the breach.Therefore,we need to establish a set of ethical principles which corresponding to the low-carbon economy development mode.That is to say,it is the purpose for putting forward the ethical principles of low-carbon economy that to promote the development of low-carbon economy.To this end,this paper attempts to do exploratory research in the field of low-carbon economic ethics.The primary purpose of developing low-carbon economy is to coordinate the relationship among economy,society and environment,accordingly,the low-carbon economy and low-carbon economy ethic must be interdisciplinary field of research.In practical terms,the research of low-carbon economic ethic in this paper is based on low-carbon economy,ecological ethics,economic ethics and other subjects or theoretical systems.The main content of this paper includes six parts as following:The first part studies the era background of low-carbon economic ethic.Low-carbon economy is a development concept which put forward by human in order to cope with the global warming crisis,and it is inevitable product of social development.It is helpful for grasping the main contents and directions of the research of low-carbon economic ethic to comprehensive understand the era background of low-carbon economy.The second part discusses the theoretical foundation of low-carbon economic ethic.Low-carbon economy is a specific form of ecological economy,so the low-carbon economic ethic is also a part of eco-economic ethic.Therefore,this paper systematical collects the existing eco-economic ethic thoughts,thus laying a solid theoretical footing for research of low-carbon economic ethic.The third part decodes the low-carbon economy from the perspective of ethics.It is essential for promoting the development of low-carbon economy to deepen the cognition and understanding of low-carbon economy itself.For this reason,the paper decodes the low-carbon economy from the aspects of philosophical basis,ethical value and migration of values,which can do help to analysis the ethical issues generated in the process of development of low-carbon economy.The fourth part analyzes the ethical conflict of low-carbon economy.As a substitute mode for the traditional pattern of economic growth,it will inevitably experience a series of ethical conflicts during the development process of low-carbon economy.From the perspectives of market,government and governance mechanism,this paper thoroughly investigates the potential ethical conflicts,which will lay the foundation for putting forward the ethical principles of low-carbon economy.The fifth part explores the ethical principle system of low-carbon economy.The role of low-carbon economic ethic mainly lies in coordinating the interest relationship of economic agents.Therefore,we must establish a specific ethical principle system of low-carbon economy.To our point,this system should mainly include three principles,namely the principle of combination the protection of environment and protection of human beings,the principle of combination of ecological justice and economic efficiency,and the principle of sustainable development.Taking the construction of two-oriented society of Chang-Zhu-Tan region,the sixth part specifically analyzes the issues of low-carbon economic ethic in practice.As a kind of applied ethics,low-carbon economic ethic has value only when it can be used to guide the practice actions.In order to improve the applicability of the ethical principles of low-carbon economy,this paper tests the ethical principles of low-carbon economy through discussing the practice of ethical principles during the construction of two-oriented society in Chang-Zhu-Tan region.At the same time,we also put forward some policy recommendations that will contribute to the construction of two-oriented social and development of low-carbon economy in Chang-Zhu-Tan urban agglomeration.
