The righteousness and benefit conception of pre-Qin Confucianism is one of the major theoretical contents of the pre-Qin Confucianism and one of the main philosophical categories and topics of Chinese traditional philosophy.The content is broad,thoughtful and rich in philosophy,which reflects the pre-Qin Confucianism and Chinese traditional culture of the ideological core and the theoretical outlook.This thesis mainly discusses and analyzes the thought of righteousness and benefit conception in pre-Qin Dynasty,and focuses on the theoretical premise,theoretical content,theoretical characteristics and theoretical value of four aspects of its discussion and interpretation.Theoretical premise.The concept of "righteousness" and the concept of "benefit" were not enough to form a close relationship before Confucius,and it could not constitute a set of philosophical categories or topics.Therefore,the first chapter of this paper mainly discusses the prerequisite of the pre-Qin Confucian concept of righteousness and benefit,which means the relationship between the concept of"righteousness" and the concept of "benefit" and the question of how the concept of righteousness and benefit are formed.In the first chapter,the author first combs and explains the evolution of the word meaning of"righteousness" and "profit",which concludes that "righteousness" is developed from "religious”and "patriarchal" to "consciousness",(The interaction between man and nature)and(interpersonal interaction)contained in the word "benefit".Moreover,the author thinks that Confucius' s "righteousness" concept and "benefit" concept of dialectical unity of the relationship becomes the main theoretical tone.Theoretical traits.In the third chapter,it mainly discusses the theoretical and ideological characteristics of Confucianism in the pre-Qin period.The author mainly discusses it through three aspects:First,the characteristics of the way of thinking embodied in the pre-Qin author mainly discusses the theoretical value of Confucianism in the pre-Qin period.Its theoretical value is mainly reflected in the contribution to the pre-Qin philosophy,and the pre-Qin(Taoism,legalists,Mohism),the impact on contemporary values.The fourth chapter is on the basis of the conclusions made by the theoretical premise,the theoretical content and theoretical characteristics,and try to use pre-Qin Confucian concept of righteousness and benefit for contemporary values,So that it can serve for the moment better.In the conclusion of this paper,the author mainly discusses the evaluation,revelation and limitation of the thought of righteousness and benefit of pre-Qin Confucianism.Pointed out that "human" is"righteousness" and "benefit”of the unity,cannot do one thing and neglect the other.To combine the dialectical unity of "righteousness"and "benefit" in the pre-Qin Confucian value,it is necessary to combine"morality" and "interest" in the new era background,and to develop"morality" from the limitation of "interest" out,but also always do"human-oriented",respect for the individual's "benefit",and with""righteousness" unified in the human value.At the same time,it is also necessary to see the limitations of the times of the theory,which requires us in the new era background to make a new interpretation and transformation,in order to promote national and social order stability and harmonious operation.
