A Study Of Social Organization Collaborative Governance In The Socialism With Chinese Characteristics

Since the Fourth Plenary Session of the CPC's Sixteenth Central Committee for the first time put forward "to establish and improve such a social management pattern:the leadership of the CPC committee,in charge of the government,social coordination,and public participation",social collaborative governance has become an important content of the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Social organization is the main carrier of social collaborative governance,so that social organization collaborative governance is the organic component of Chinese characteristic socialism.Then in the Third Plenary Session of the CPC s 18th Central Committee,the modernization of national governance system and governance capability is set as one total goal of comprehensive deepening reformation,and this conference puts forward to encourage the development of social organization,and further in its Fifth Plenary Session,it proposes to promove an universal co-constructing and sharing social governance pattern.Therefore we can expect a new development phase of social organization during China's governance modernization.The theory of social organization s participation in the social governance originates from two important Marxism theorys——humanism,social autonomy and mass line,and then systematically emerges and develops in the socialism theoretical system with chinese characteristics.Nowadays,Chinese social governance faces a serial of difficults,so it is very desirable to construct a social organization collaborative governance system,which is led by CPC and government,takes social organization as the main carrier and mediation,takes community governance as the main field,and includes wide public participation.During China's governance modernization,as far as social organization concern,the constitutional reformations in the field of social governance is advisable to include four aspects:the juristical guarantee system of social organization,the government support system of social organization,the administration system of social organization,and the grassroots governance system.
