Study On The Symbiotic Relationship Between The Mainstream Ideology And The National Security Concept In Contemporary China

Ideology is the significant constituent of the superstructure of the countries.As a kind of ideology,once it is universally accepted and deeply recognized by the ruling class and the people of the country,it would occupy the leading position in the country's political culture area and finally grows into a far-reaching national mainstream ideology of the country.It presents as a set of governing principle of theoretical system in its content,and constantly enriched and improved with the development of national construction,and gradually formed the largest identity in the general public.This is the key of a country to keep long-lasting maintenance of national political security.Moreover,the national security concept is also the theoretical guidance of the national political security,and it constructs a close symbiotic relationship combined with the mainstream ideology in the field of security,which plays an extremely important role in the development of symbiosis for the maintenance of national security interests.Since the founding of the new China,in the field of ideology,the mainstream of Marxist theory has been gradually established in the long struggle with various non-Marxist ideologies in our country.At the beginning of the founding of the new China,the first generation of central collective leadership,with Mao Zedong as the leading role,launched the socialist rectification,transformation and construction in ideological and political fields,economic structure and social culture,all of these laid a solid foundation for the mainstream of socialist China.Since the reform and opening up,there are many changes with the transition of the national economic system and the increasingly frequent exchanges between China and other foreign countries in economy and trade.In domestic,the class of interests in the society began to be divided,and the national value orientation is gradually diversified;in abroad,the end of the bipolar pattern,which was caused by the competition between the United States and the Soviet Union,had moderated the previously stiff competition in the ideology in the global context.Under the influence of those factors in domestic and abroad,the former tense situation in Chinese ideology had been relieved.Thus,in the international exchanges,the second generation of the central collective leadership centered on Deng Xiaoping is no longer with the judgment of ideology to establish diplomatic relations,which is undoubtedly the needs of reform and opening up and modernization,but it never means that the countries no longer attach importance to ideological issues in this period.On the contrary,as for the Western "peaceful evolution" and China's "bourgeois liberalization" trend,the prevention and counterattack of Party Central Committee is as strict and fierce as the early days of the new China.As for the control of ruling party,the ideological education of people,and security mechanism of the country,national leaders have never relaxed its vigilance.In other words,the development of contemporary Chinese ideology has been greatly influenced by the domestic and international security environment,and the trend of mainstream ideology is also deeply affected.The threat and challenges it faces,various differences it exists,and the main problem it shows,all of these could be regarded as urgent tasks for the construction of the country' s political security mechanism.The mechanism needs to spare no effort to solve them.For a long time,the international community generally believed that military security is the basis of national security.Therefore,the great powers in the world have been vigorously developing military force,even spared no expense to launch the arms race with some certain powers.The First World War and the Second World War out-broke one after another,which were caused by such traditional security concept,and caused the panic and disaster around the world.After the Second World War,this conservative and backward security concepts still existed in the world's two superpowers and other powerful countries.Until the end of the cold war,the concept of national security concept that with a core of political security gradually obtained many national favors and attention when peace and development became the theme of the times of the world,especially the time when the non-traditional security problems had become increasingly prominent.The new security concept was put forward by our country at that time which was recognized widely.After entering the new century,the competition and contest between the system of capitalism and socialism extend to the field of ideology from the economic sphere under the influence of the internet,so some high-profile problems about ideology security are evolved.As a result,the mainstream ideology is closely related to national security concept,and they have a symbiotic relationship in the domain of national politics security.In fact,the national political security is the fundamental of national security.The effective maintenance of political security and the comprehensive construction of security mechanisms are related to the country's sovereign security and people's safety.If the political security interests are not effectively protected,the national security interests are out of the question.And the core of political security interests lies in the security of the mainstream ideology.The mainstream ideology is closely associated with the national security concept.Both of them built the pillar for ideological superstructure of a country.We have read and researched the relevant documents since the founding of the People's Republic of China to study the symbiotic relationship between the mainstream ideology and the national security concept,and analyzed the subject in a more detailed way.We not only analyze the trend and threats of the development,but also summarized the historical experience and representation of problems;in addition,we analyzed symbiotic relationship between these two concepts from the perspective of national interests,which lays down the academic and the theoretical basis for the following key research.On such basis,this study focuses on the dialectical unity relationship between the mainstream ideology and national security concept,and fully researches the driving role of them in safeguarding national political security.Finally,we summarize and generalize the symbiotic development relations of the mainstream ideology and national security concept and provide some enlightening and positive suggestions for the national governance in the mainstream ideology.All in all,the peaceful development of contemporary China benefits from the increasing of the national comprehensive strength,and the improvement of the comprehensive strength lies in the consolidation of hard power and soft power of the country.Along with the ups and downs of the international and domestic security situation,the increase of national hard power of the country also need enhance our soft power at the same time.The enhancement of soft power is involved in the field of the concept of superstructure.In this area,it can be classified into two categories,one is the political ideology of the country and its mainstream ideology,the other is the international political national security and its national security concept.These two types of concept to a country are equivalent to a central nervous system to a person.As for a country,whether the central system could run normally depends on whether the rulers could maintain their national political security well through the guidance of those two concepts,mainstream ideology and national security concept.
