Research On Chen Yun's Incorrupt-governing Thought

Chen Yun's incorrupt-governing thought is the combination of Marxism Principle and China' s fundamental realities,the development of Marxism creativity,and also an indispensable part of the Party's two generations of central collective,which plays an essential role in the Mao Zedong Thought and Deng Xiaoping Theory.Therefore,it is of great theoretic and realistic significance to study and summarize Chen Yun's thought of the incorrupt-governing under the new situation of comprehensively strengthening Party discipline.This paper is divided into six chapters.The first chapter,the introduction part,analyzes the research background and the significance of the subject,summarizes some relevant research on Chen Yun's thought of incorrupt-governing from domestic and international experts and scholars in recent years,and explains the main thought and main approach of researching.Chapter two explores the basic definition of incorrupt-governing,the thought of constructing a clean and honest administration,as well as Chen Yun's thought of the incorrupt-governing from a theoretical perspective;it also discusses the theoretical basis of Chen Yun's Thought,including the thought of building a clean and honest government of ancient China,Marx and Engels,as well as Mao Zedong and Deng Xiaoping.Chapter three objectively analyzes the forming conditions of Chen Yun's Thought from three aspects-subjectivity,objectivity and practice,and its development process from germinating,forming,developing to perfecting.Chapter four systematically explains the main contents of Chen Yun,s Thought.First,do well in the masses work in the premise of the masses by focusing on the interests of the masses and researching and studying.Second,reinforce the Party's discipline by realizing significance,obeying requirements and maintaining solemnity.Third,rectify the Party's style of work by carrying out education activities on Communism belief and Party spirit,punishing severely on corruption,and playing an active role as leading cadres.Fourth,strengthen democratic supervision by conducting criticism and self-criticism,stressing surveillance by the masses,and implementing democratic centralism.Fifth,enhancethe construction of inspective and supervisory cadre team and improve system construction by setting up inspective and supervisory agencies,developing the Party's regulations and laws.Chapter five creatively explores the basic characteristics and the historical significance of Chen Yun's Thought,makes an exploration of the basic characteristics of "quaternity" that combines wholeness and contemporaneity,inheritance and creativity,pragmatism and foresight,science and dialectic,which is beneficial to the organization construction of study-oriented Party,the Party's carder team construction,socialism construction and reform,and the construction theory of Marxism Party.Chapter six discourses the contemporary value of Chen Yun's incorrupt-governing thought from a realistic perspective to build a powerful Party with strong beliefs by conducting communism belief education,studying the Party's discipline and improving the oriented-education of members of Chinese Communist Party;to keep a close relationship with the masses by bearing "serve the people" in mind,fulfilling the "mass line",and enhancing the construction of work style;to practice strict management with carders by creating a strict and impartial selection and appointment system,deepeningthe evaluation system and perfecting the system of accountability;to build the Party on the basis of system by strengthening the construction of the anti-corruption laws and regulations in the country and the Party,and improving the construction of administrative laws and regulations;to improve supervision system and guarantee the right by completing the supervision subject,institutionalizing the rights-binding,and hardening supervision methods.
