General Secretary Xi has also requested in many speeches the propaganda and practice of the socialism core value among the whole party, society and all walks of life. The integration of the socialism core value into the whole process of high education is specially emphasized.Heavily populated with social, cultural, science and technology elites and talents,colleges and universities has always been a place where various cultures and thoughts meet and compete. Colleges and universities are the main battlefield of ideology. Campus culture is the main platform of colleges and universities. The internet cultural integration involves the construction of internet cultural platform, the development of rich content in internet, the improvement of guidance and supervision of internet.
