Rowing is a periodically sport event which needs high intensity strength-endurance ability.It takes about 210-240 paddles to row through the2000-meter track.The slight difference in each stroke of each athlete will be infinitely magnified after thousands repetitions.The ship speed is the external performance that is accumulated by each paddle effect.Therefore,each paddle effect can be seen as the basis for winning,depending on paddle technique and technical capabilities.In the practice of sports training,good technique is not only manifiested in the action,but also more importantly reflected in the internal feeling of the action.Generally speaking,the correct action appearance can only reflect the external rationality of technique,while the "internal dynamics" of the action is the key to determine the advantages and disadvantages of the technique.Most of the "internal strength" cannot be identified by the naked eye,so it is necessary to use scientific testing tools to observe it through correct methods.There are hundreds technical indicators for rowing paddle,and which indicators on earth are the most scientific ones to diagnose the advantages and disadvantages of techniques and why? Is it scientific and reasonable to determine the advantages and disadvantages by coach's subjective experience? These problems need to be tested to verify.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical value to obtain many indicators through kinematic and kinetic tests and to carry out screening through credible methods.Research approach: this study selected 26 open-class rowing athletes as the research object.On the basis of the expert interview,we use the Like Te five-level scale to screen two rounds of experts,and we use quantitative statistical method to calculate the weight of each index,and finally we constructed the expert diagnosis system.We used the most advanced Australian CROKER paddle and several practical ship to test technical indicators from the most mature domestic rowing technique testing which is the biomechanics test system for water sports,invented by Institute of Intelligent Machines,Chinese Academy of Sciences,and using the exploratory factor analysis method and principal component analysis method,the diagnostic indicator system of rowing technique based on real ship test is established.And then the two sets of indicator system are compared and analyzed,and the final diagnosis indicator system of paddle technique is established.The main conclusions are as follows:First,the key indicators of rowing are determined as follows: right-hand special ability,pulling efficiency,pushing effect,ship speed fluctuation,pulling amplitude,push-pull ratio,force coherence of upper and lower limbs,paddle water effect,repetition rate of each paddle,and repetitive symmetry of left and right propeller.It is pointed out that gender differences did not affect the establishment of the indicatorsystem.Second,according to the difference of power generation timing,the types of rowing paddle can be divided into three types.Technical Type A is characterized by the pulling force on the initial stage,and technical type B is characterized by the the pulling force on the middle stage,and technical type C is characterized by the pulling force on the final stage.It is found that the national team open class rowing athletes are dominated by type B.Specifically,among the eleven male open-class athletes,three are the technical type A,six are the technical type B,and two are the technical type C.Of the 15 female open class athletes,five are technical type A,seven are technical type B,and three are technical type C.Third,Based on the rowing technique diagnostic system,15 female rowers can be divided into four echelons: The first echelon: YHJ,YWX,ZJ.The second echelon:LX,WL,WXM,ZM,ZXY.The third echelon: GQQ,GLL,HXY,ZD,ZWP.The fourth echelon: JY,WJ.The eleven male open class athletes are divided into three echelons: the first echelon: SHJ,MJF,SK.The second echelon: ZLJ,WX,AFZ,YDD,YZX.The third echelon: GK,SSW,ZLL.Fourth,from the evaluation results,the overall evaluation of the paddle technical aspects during driving is better than that during recovery.Several paddle technical aspects of female open level athletes,the mean acceleration,the standard deviation and the fluctuation of the ship speed are better than those of the male open level athletes.From the view of movement sequence of the rowing technique chain,the movement sequence of the athletes' body links is very good,but the stability of the technical action during recovery needs to be further improved.
