Inner Mongolian people's journal/dotoyadu Mongyol-un arad-un sedkiil/is not only an important publication of the founding of the People's Revolutionary Party of Inner Mongolia (PRPIM), but also a comprehensive publication which propagandize the revolution with Mongolian own characters in the modern history of Inner Mongolia. Inner Mongolian peoples journal/dotoyadu Mongyol-un arad-un sedkul/ was founded in November 16th,1925, ceased publication in following April. It was published 9 issues in total and 1-8 issues survived from early days. The editors is Buyannemekhu, Alta as publisher.As the organ of the PRPIM, Inner Mongolian people's journal/dotoyadu Mongyol-un arad-un sedkul/pays particular attention to the propaganda works of PRPIM, which mainly manifests as following:First, based on the party, vigorously promotes the party's purpose, policy, and reports the achievements and constructions of the party aggressively. Let Mongolian farmers and herdsmen comprehend the causes of PRPIM and call on the Mongolian people to find themselves who suffering from bitterness and miseries, to strive for freedom and happiness. Second, reports domestic and foreign news, current affairs and politics, pays special attention to the problems of the grassroots people of society, reveals the essentiality of imperialists, warlords and grandees or nobles. Point out the causes of Mongol banners' poverty, make recommendations for the construction and developments. Third, Focus on the relation between the Republic of Mongolia and the Soviet Union, propagates Lenin and Soviet Russian Revolution, describes the happy life of Republic of Mongolian people being masters of the country to spread the communist ideology.Inner Mongolian people's journal/dotoyadu Mongyol-un arad-un sedkul/is not only a firsthand information of study on PRPIM history, but also a precious historical materials of Chinese modern history. FengYuxiang's military campaign and political activities, Duan Qirui's meeting with Dambadorji, the representative of People's Revolutionary Party of Inner Mongolia (PRPIM) attending the 2nd Congress of the Chinese Nationalist Party (KMT) and the real- time reports of the warlords such as Zhang Zuolin, Sun Chuanfang, Wu Peifu, Kan Chaoxi, those were both important contents of the publication.The dissertation start with textual interpretation of Inner Mongolian people's journal/doto?adu Mong?ol-un arad-un sedkul/, combing and analyzes the text content carefully by reading and interpreting, investigate the meaning of the text from the surface. By comparing with related Chinese historical materials, try to generalize the content, political views, text characteristics and literature value of Inner Mongolian people's journal/doto?adu Mong?ol-un arad-un sedkul/.The dissertation consists of preface, text, conclusion, references, appendix five parts. The preface introducing the significance, research status, research methods and objectives, arranging the relations between Inner Mongolian peoples journal /doto?adu Mongyol-un arad-un sedku'l/and political culture in Inner Mongolia region at that time systematically, especially taking historical materials in publications (newspaper and periodicals) which were neglected by scholars in this field as an entry point, highlight the original significance of the research.The text consists of two parts.The first part(research part):Chapter one of this part try to summarizing Inner Mongolian people's journal/dotoyadu Mongyol-un arad-un sedkul/.To introducing the foundation of Inner Mongolian people's journal/dotoyadu Mongyol-un arad-un sedkul/and editor Buyannemekhu's life experience and main works. Then discriminating the publishing director Alta from another party member AlanOchir (Jin Yongchang) and collecting the text of existing Photographic edition of Inner Mongolian people's Journal. In addition, analyze the position of propaganda and text features of this magazine in its totality. The second chapter of this part research the relationship between the Inner Mongolian people's Journal/dotoyadu Mongyol-un arad-un sedkul/and the revolutionary causes of PRPIM. Actually Inner Mongolian people s Journal/dotoyadu Mongyol-un arad-un sedkul/reported the establishment of PRPIM and the propaganda of the Party's revolutionary purposes, the Party's policy approaches and various activities, to promoted the revolutionary causes of the PRPIM. The advancement of the causes of PRPIM were showed clearly in this journal.For example, with the close contacts between the PRPIM and the religious people, the PRPIM's religious policy have changed and attracted a large number of religious people, their revolutionary ranks have totally swelled. Another example, The revolutionaries set up their own armed forces, the Inner Mongolian National Army and their military exploits etc. In addition, the journal also condemned the imperialist powers'invasion, propagated and praised the revolutionary movements that happened in Socialist Countries just like Soviet Union and People's Republic of Mongolia, it's also a performance of continuous expansion of the PRPIM's revolutionary causes. The third chapter of this part try to research the relationships between Inner Mongolian people's Journal/dotoyadu Mongyol-un arad-un sedkul/and the Inner Mongolian politic during the Republic of China period. From all points of view, like the comments of current political situation, Feng Yuxiang's ruling policy, chaotic melees between competing warlords and the suffering of Mongol banners and Mongolian people, reveals the current status of political situations in Inner Mongolia.The second part (part of historical materials):Chapter four consists of detailed Chinese translation and annotation of "Inner Mongolian national journal" 1-8 issues.In a historical perspective, making a detailed Chinese translation and annotation to the journal which published in Mongolian. Chapter five Latin transliteration of Inner Mongolian people's journal/dotoyadu Mong?ol-un arad-un sedkul/1-8 issues. Chapter six index all the quoted people and subjects, and a chronological tables were appended. This is not a usual kind of enumeration, there are considerable new contents discovering from the journal.The conclusion is the research significance and historical value of Inner Mongolian people s journal/dotoyadu Mongyol-un arad-un sedkul/.The appendix, part of the original copies of Inner Mongolian people's journal/doto?adu Mongyol-un arad-un sedkiil/.This article is not only the textual research of journal itself, but some of the outstanding issues in the academic community which still in controversy, in order to give an examination and put forward own views. I sought to buttress my own arguments with evidences from the publication to make the point of view and conclusion more authentic and reliable. There are some records has yet to be verified in this journal, as a argument in history also in doubt.
