| With the rapid development of information technology,information technology has been widely used in various medical businesses in hospitals,which has effectively improved the medical service quality and efficiency.The developing direction of future medical informatilization is Smart Healthcare.The medical service mode characterized by intelligence and mobile internet becomes the developing trend of medical healthcare.Initially originated in the philosophy,ontology nowadays is a hot research area in the field of computer.Domain ontology is the description of concepts and relationships between concepts in a certain field,so that the computer can understand the semantic information,and promote the knowledge sharing.At present,the research on the theory of ontology in medical field is the increasingly mature,and its theory system is gradually perfect.Taking infectious liver disease as the major research field,this paper discussed the ontology building methods and processes,and the semantic applications based on hepatitis ontology.The main research and achievements include as fellows.1)Taking the subsidiary subject "Clinical Pathway and the Disease Knowledge System Research" of the "11th Five-year Plan" National Key Technology R&D Program"The National Key Technology and Digital Health Area Demonstration Application Research" as the platform,hepatitis disease information and related information was collected.With the help of the existing knowledge base system at home and abroad,the B/S architecture of liver disease knowledge base system was constructed,which is convenient for the medical staff to browser hepatitis disease information at any time in the use of Electronic Medical Report.The knowledge base has been implemented in the infectious diseases department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University,and further promoted the level of hospital informatization.2)Based on the theory of ontology,this paper compared the method of building hepatitis Ontology and discussed key steps in the process.The research used the common ontology editor tools to implement hepatitis ontology construction and provide basic conditions for subsequent semantic analysis.Referring to ontology building method of the "seven steps" developed by the Stanford University School of Medicine,the papper proposed an ontology building method named "Rapid Development".Using ontology editor protege 4.1,hepatitis disease domain ontology model was constructed.The final hepatitis ontology has 55 concept classes and 39 attributes.3)On the basis of liver disease ontology,taking keyword matching retrieval as benchmark,intelligent retrieval method based on semantic analysis was discussed.This paper proposed a query expansion approach based on hepatitis ontology,through the synonym expansion,hypemym/hyponym expansion and near synonyms expansion methods to conduct semantic similarity analysis,so as to improve the accuracy of the liver disease information retrieval.Compared with the traditional keyword matching method,the accuracy of query expansion based on hepatitis ontology is high.Experiment results show that the precision@40 accuracy index is increased by 5 to 13%,and the AP@40 accuracy index is increased by 4 to 22%.4)On the basis of hepatitis ontology,the short text semantic analysis on the disease diagnosis names was conducted,with a discussion on semantic analysis algorithm,and applied in the clinical treatment of ICD-10 coding.An algorithm named Longest Common Subsequence(LCS)was proposed in this paper,based on hepatitis ontology,whose main process includes Chinese word segmentation,similarity measure and output ICD-10 code.By increasing the weight of the Longest Common Subsequence value in process of similarity measure,the coding accuracy was improved.When similarity threshold is 0.7,the coding accuracy can reach 90%so that the manual coding wordload of coders is obviously reduced.The application research on medical domain ontology needs to be constantly developed and improved.Taking hepatitis ontology model as an example,the significance of this study is to explore the relevant ontology building methods and semantic analysis technology based on ontology.We hope that there would be more researchers developing mature ontology to apply in the medical field in future. |
