With the development of economy,society,science and technology,a wide variety of electronic and electrical products have brought a colorful life to people.However,they have potential security risks at the same time.Recalling defective products is the most effective way to avoid hazards,and determining defects is the premise of a recall.Because of various kinds of electronic appliances and large differences between each other,in this thesis,9 items 172 types typical electronic and electrical products are selected,and the theory,method and model of defect assessment are deeply studied.Details are as follows:By analysing the recall data at home and abroad,classifying the harmful factors of electronic and electrical products according to the injury data,laboratory test data,the limit index in laws and standards and the foreseeable consumption behavior,build the injury accident model.Critical components of the 172 types of electronic and electrical products in 9 items were arranged,the case-based reasoning method was used to analyze the specific causes of the defects and the injury models in the electronic and electrical products.The defect damage model database was formed.When the defect accident occurs,through relearning and relearning of the case base,the defect damage mode of electronic and electrical products can be extracted quickly and accurately,and can be constantly updated according to the implementation of the recall.This thesis put forward the basic process of risk transfer,and the classification and research methods of risk transfer path were discussed.The process of the transmission of the defect risk was expounded from the factors of the quality and safety of the electronic and electrical products,the factors of human and the environment factors.Then the risk transfer path of electronic and electrical products was formed.The fault tree analysis(FTA),event tree analysis(ETA)and bow-tie analysis(Bow-tie)were combined to construct the risk transfer path model that including event prevention,event control and accident consequence analysis.Based on safety test,failure analysis and ANSYS scenario simulation,the risk transmission path of mobile phone battery was analyzed.This thesis put forward the concept of the impact factor of electronic and electrical products’ defects,analyzed its injury models and the typical cases that include injury accidents.Based on the accident causation theory and three aspects that consist of human,material and environmental factors,an index system of defect factors for electronic and electrical products was established by the first level index which includes possibility,severity,vulnerability and abominability.The BP neural network model of 4-5-3 topology evaluation for electronic and electrical products was established.At the same time,the processing of input and output parameters and the determination of learning parameters were carried out based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.Matlab software was used to complete the 216 learning samples training and inspection of the BP neural network model for the evaluation of electrical and electronic products.The level of expectation error is under 0.01,and a case was applied.The research results have important reference value for judging the defects of typical electronic and electrical products.It has great significance to ensure the property and personal safety of the consumers.
