reform,accelerates change the way of supervision,establishes a more effective risk monitoring and warning system.In order for the healthy development of the whole insurance industry,it has a positive role.This paper using the theory of industry economics define the connotation and denotation by the basic idea of combining the theory of industrial safety and insurance industry's basic theory,construct the definition of the concept of building insurance industry safety and initially establish the basic system of safety evaluation using the insurance industry fund.The study,in the research methods of economics,discussing the security status of the use of funds of the insurance industry,not only analyzes the challenge it faced in the openness of funds use policy,the deviations of the insurance business,the uncertainty from industry economic,the complexity and relevance of all kinds of risks,and other aspects,but also insight into the induced insurance funds use
