An Empirical Study On The Urban-Rural Coordination Level Of Pension Security And Medical Security

China's urban and rural social security system,if not achieve coordinated development,will lead to serious social inequality,widening gap between urban and rural welfare benefits and other prominent social contradictions and problems.It is necessary to accelerate the urban and rural social security system reform,and promote its coordinated development.As the most important component of social security,it is necessary to quantify and analyze the level of coordinated development of urban and rural areas of pension security and medical security.Quantitative social security urban and rural coordination is conducive to the comprehensive evaluation of urban and rural social security system development level,and provide a scientific basis for the establishment of pension security and medical security system for urban and rural residents,promoting economic and social sustainable development of urban and rural areas.Therefore,in the process of building a well-off society and realizing the great rejuvenation of our nation,it is significant work on the systematic study of the coordinated development of urban and rural social security system.In this paper,the research on the coordination level of urban and rural pension and medical security system in China is mainly based on the reality of the development of urbanization in China and the development of urban and rural social security system.Based on the theoretical and empirical research on the coordinated development of urban and rural pension and medical security system,combined with the existing dual-economic theory,social security theory,Kuznets U-type theory,using scientific research methods and detailed data analysis,we build a China's urban and rural social security system model,This paper evaluates the coordination level of urban-rural development of pension security and medical security with two kinds of urban and rural social security coordination measures,and analyzes how macro-factors change and coordination level,and how urban-rural security coordinated level change income redistribution,employment,population structure and so on.Which mainly includes the following contents:The construction of urban-rural coordination model.According to the present situation of urban and rural pension,the development of medical insurance,the basic indexes of urban-rural coordination model are selected.The Euclidean distance and cosine distance are introduced respectively to build the model of urban-rural absolute coordination degree model and relative coordination degree model based on the evaluation index.Also,the coordination degree evaluation method based on clustering analysis is given.Measurement and evaluation of urban-rural coordination degree of pension security and medical security.The paper analyzes the basic indexes of the urban and rural coordination model of the pension security and the medical and social security,and analyzes its changing trend and reason.According to the co-ordination model,the paper analyzes the pension security and medical security coordination degree in China for 16 consecutive years and provinces.In this paper,the evaluation criteria of the actual data of urban and rural coordination degree in China are given by using the method of cluster analysis.The regional data regression test is used to analyze the results of the coordination of the pension security and medical security.Finally,a comprehensive evaluation of pension security and medical security coordination of urban and rural development level is given.Analysis on the effect of urban-rural coordination degree of the pension security and medical security.It mainly analyzes the effect of the improvement of pension security urban and rural coordination on the reduction of urban and rural income gap and the promotion of employment level.It is also identitied if the improvement of medical security urban-rural coordination can improve the life expectancy of the population and reduce the income gap between urban and rural areas is effective.An analysis on the all the influencing factors of the urban-rural coordination degree of the pension security and medical security.Based on the existing research results,the panel data regression model is used to analyze the influencing factors of urban-rural social security coordination degree of pension security and medical security from four aspects: economic growth factors,policy bias factors,population factors and other control factors.At the same time,the panel model was used to test the U-shaped curve of urban-rural coordination and economic growth.
