With the gradual opening up of China's financial market,especially the WTO's process of China,the competitive market in the private equity fund was changed from regional to national and even globalization.As an very active participant in the private equity fund market,in the “eleven five-year”period,through methods of innovative business models and strengthen internal management,H private equity fund company gradually created an appropriate mode of leading,sustainable and healthy development.The risk constrained strategic performance management could promote the company`s competitiveness,sustainable development capacity,and further expansion capacity.As such,for the healthy development of H private equity fund company,it is very important for it to make strategic plan,seek for the whole life cycle risk indicators,and to establish also complete a comprehensive and reasonable performance evaluation system.Like all the other enterprises,H private equity investment fund company pursues maximizing the company value and minimizing the risk to develop sustainably in the competitive market.The realization of this goal depends on the strategic positioning,the objective making,the successful risk factor measuring and the risk indicators selection.The performance evaluation system based on balanced scorecard could help the company to clear its strategic objectives,to lead all departments and all employees with the same strategic objective.Therefore,the performance evaluation system based on the balanced scorecard could play right in guidance of strategy,it could be used in evaluation of current business activities and also in the long-term development evaluation.Although there are lots of discussions about domestic fund company`s performance evaluation system,there are few studies about risk constrained based performance evaluation system with balanced scorecard for private equity investment fund company.Based on the discussion of macro environment,the competitive environment and current status of the company,this paper sets the comprehensive strategic objective with the using of game theory analysis to find out the risk of efficiency lossing in the investment process.By using the PEST model,Porter`s five forces model and SWOT matrix,in the detailed discussion of the macro environment,based on the company's competitive environment,the company's status quo,the company ensures its overall strategic objectives.After analyzing the risk indicator and strategic objective,this paper innovatively use the balanced scorecard principle to establish a strategy-oriented,risk constraint performance management system,to solve the problem of “how to combine the performance management with the strategy and risk efficiency” in private equity investment company.Finally,take the H private equity investment fund company as example,via surveys and interview with experts,this paper concludes four dimensions of balanced scorecard,which are financial,customer,internal process and learning and growth,and definite the important data of primary also secondary indicators of them.After the calculation of indicator judgment matrix and determining the appropriate weights,this paper get results of the performance evaluation,and also the analysis,improvement and application of these results.By doing positive research of three group buying website: Meituan,55 website and Lashou website,the paper's method is proved to be valid and feasible.
