In the recent 38 years after Reform and Opening up of China,the economy of China has developed rapidly under the condition of peace.More and more researchers put their eyes on the affinity between Chinese economic growth and Chinese military expenditure.However,few of researchers do ther researches from the viewpoint of economic operation to do some researches on the inherent revelances between the economic growth and defense expenditure.Therefore,taking mathematical economics as the basic starting point,this dissertation does some researches on the certain affinity of Chinese defense expenditure and National economic growth from the viewpoint of analysing the operation law,inherent operation mechanism,and stability.The main contents of this dissertation includes: from the classical economic growth and defense expenditure model,we establish a three nonlinear dynamic systems of economic growth and defence expenditure such as the demand-supply model,endogenous growth theory model,and the model considering conditions of the external threaten existence.we do a series of nonlinear dynamic analysis such as stability of the systerm near the euilibrium,the existence condition of Hopf bifurcation,the direction of the Hopf bifurcation,the stability of the bifurcating limit cycle.In each of chapter,we give a numerical simulation.In Chapter 7 of this dissertation,accompany with the theoretical Model in Chapter 3,4,5 and using the real Chinese datas,we do some empirical analysis and we obtain the ratios between defense expenditure and economic growth,and the threshold values of military-domestic civil-military inosculation are obtained.The possible innovations of this dissertation are mainly reflected in following aspects: firstly,we bring the national security exponential into the research of affinity between defense expenditure and economic growth.We establish the nonliner dynamic system of endogenous economic growth model.and from the viewpoint of mathematical economics to discuss the stability of the certain model and the conditions when the system becomes unstable.Secondly,this desertation brings the factor of military and civilian integration into the research of the affinity between defense expenditure and economic growth.We take the time delay caused by the economic effects generated by defense expenditure as the period of converting military-oriented enterprises to civilian production.we disscuss How the certain period can affect the economic system.And from the theoretical viewpoint,the maxium threshold value of the military-oriented enterprises to civilian production period is given on the premise ensuring the national economic growth.In this dissertation,we developed a new method for doing researches on the field of relationship between defense expenditure and economic growth,and supplied some reference and theoretical support for the government to make the policies by our conclusions.Thirdly,we establish a nonlinear stochastic dynamic model of defense and economic growth system considering external threaten exists.And we do some research on the inherent mechanism how the defence input coefficient variation affects the economic growth.Hoping that through the study of this dissertation,the readers can make more in-depth analysis on the relationship between China's defence spending and economic growth,make a deeper level of comprehending on the substitution and selection nexux between ‘ the butter and guns',make a comprehensive consideration on the determinants of China's defence spending,and this study could provide theoretical and empirical significance for the consititution of our economic development plan and the defence spending budget plan.
