In order to specify the impact of biochar on plant flowering,we to the physical and chemical properties of rice husk char under different preparation technology are analyzed,and the determination of the content mainly includes the yield of rice husk charcoal,pH value,conductivity,specific surface area,element composition,soil microbial community structure,through the industrial analysis and elemental analysis,on the particle size distribution and carbon yield index determination,knowledge of the physical and chemical properties of the preparation of rice husk carbon and rice husk carbon added to three kinds of plant arabidopsis thaliana?rizhao?,strawberries?shorter?,tomato?neutral?to cultivate,determination of three plants such as plant height,stem diameter,flowering and root morphological index,SOD,POD,CAT,MDA,hormones and physiological indexes such as mineral elements content,blossom and related gene expression,systematically studied the different pyrolysis temperature rice husk carbon impact on plant flowering regulation mechanism.Based on the above test results,to clarify different pyrolytic temperature rice husk charcoal the main mechanism of plant flowering regulation,obtain the main results are as follows:1.The carbonization temperature and residence time are important factors affecting the pHysical and chemical properties of biochar,carbonization temperature on rice husk char properties significantly greater than the influence of reaction time.With the increase of pyrolysis temperature,the yield of rice husk charcoal,rice husk charcoal ash content increased,specific surface area increased after the first drop,carbon nitrogen content increasing,the elements hydrogen and oxygen content is reduced,the C/N ratio is reduced.Integrated with various pHysical and chemical properties,when the carbonization temperature reaches 500?,rice husk carbon various properties tend to be stable,the temperature too high to cause a decline in some content,lower carbon content.2.Rice husk carbon and maize straw increased soil organic carbon and microbial biomass,high temperature pyrolysis rice husk carbon than husk of low temperature pyrolytic carbon to improve the effect of soil organic carbon,different pyrolysis temperature rice husk carbon are higher than that of maize straw soil organic carbon effect is remarkable.Rice husk carbon and maize straw increased the gram-negative bacteria?G-?,gram-positive?G+?bacteria,actinomyces and fungi in the content,and the differences between different processing preparation temperature is 350?<500?<650?,rice husk carbon amount of microbes increased significantly higher than that of maize straw.3.Different pyrolytic temperature rice husk charcoal to add all contributed to the plant?arabidopsis,strawberries,tomatoes?growth,including the increase of plant height,leaf elongation increased,inflorescence elongation,ordinal and root elongation,significant difference level of 0.05 and 0.01.Different pyrolytic temperature rice husk charcoal promoted the long day plant?arabidopsis thaliana?and the neutral day plant?tomato?,500?-2h-3%rice husk charcoal processing plant flowering time in advance the most significant,arabidopsis thaliana earlier than control flowering 6-9d,tomato earlier than 1-5d control flowering;Different pyrolytic temperature rice husk charcoal delayed blossom short day plants?strawberry?,high temperature pyrolysis phenotype,rice husk carbon can relieve the flower of the night and control flowering time difference is not significant.Plants flowering time is associated with rice husk charcoal pyrolysis temperature,has nothing to do with the amount.4.Different pyrolytic temperature rice husk charcoal to add both increased the arabidopsis thaliana,strawberry flowering leaf SOD,POD,CAT activity,reduce the content of MDA of activity;Tomato leaf,POD,CAT activity of flowering,the activity of SOD and MDA decreased.Under the condition of same coking time,with the increase of pyrolysis temperature,arabidopsis thaliana,strawberry flowering POD,CAT and SOD activity enhanced,tomato flowering POD,CAT activity increased.SOD,POD,CAT activity an important role in plant senescence,rice husk carbon added can cause the rise of anti-aging enzyme activity,MDA content decreased,that rice husk charcoal can strengthen the function of enzymatic defense system,slow down the ageing process of plants,is advantageous to the flowering and flowering time.5.Different pyrolytic temperature rice husk carbon increased in strawberry leaves P,S,K,Mn,Fe,Cu,Na element content,increase the tomato leaf in Mg,P,K,Ca,Na,Mn,Fe element content.Flowering plants have the closest relations with P,B,and zinc element,detection of nutrient elements in the leaves from plants B and zinc content does not increase,that is not B,and the role of zinc in rice husk carbon affect plant growth and development.Rice husk charcoal has high P,K,Mn and B elements,500?-2h-3%rice husk charcoal arabidopsis and tomato first flowering time,but the nutrient element content is not high,which excludes the rice husk carbon nutrient elements to affect the flowering times of plants.P element content in rice husk charcoal can affect the strawberries and tomatoes singular bud and divarication.6.Different pyrolytic temperature rice husk charcoal to add contributed to the rise in arabidopsis flowering amount of related gene expression,which raised the genes including PHYA,PHYB,CRY2,CO,FT,FD and AP1,cut gene CRY1,SOC1,LFY,PHYB expression amount no change.Integration of a rice husk charcoal promote flowering new pathway in arabidopsis thaliana:rice husk charcoal promoted the pHytochrome PHYA and cryptochrome CRY2 expression levels rise,directly or indirectly promote the expression of the CO,activate the transcription of FT,FT protein from the leaf to the stem end,directly with FD,FD activate stem tip meristem AP1 gene expression,to bloom.7.Different pyrolytic temperature rice husk charcoal to add both promoted the arabidopsis flowering of endogenous hormones GA3 content in the leaf?except 350?for 1 h?,respectively,compared with CK increased by 10.18%,20.09%,32.84%,20.09%and26.21%.500?-2h-3%rice husk charcoal arabidopsis leaf after adding GA3 content in the highest,significant difference level of 0.01.GA3 can promote a long day flower,rice husk carbon to add cause the increase of GA3,existing in rice husk charcoal bioactive substances,like hormone can promote long sunshine flowering plants.
