We study the topological properties of lattice QCD,including topological charge density and its structure. We used several methods and actions of lattice, ensembles of zero temperature and finite temperatures also have been used. Most of the configurations we used are quenched or pure gauged. Our works focus on two parts, first we use multi-probing method to approximate the topological charge density of overlap fermion, and study its long-range structures, the results are compatible with straight calculating, and extract pseudo-scalar glueball mass from the correlation function of topological charge density.Secondly,we use gradient flow method to investigate the topological structure of quenched vacuum with Wilson action ensembles at finite temperature,we focus on the dependence of topological locality on temperature by instanton solutions,pseudo-scalar glueball mass also has been extracted from the correlation function of topological charge density.
