| Dicranopteris pedata is the red-acidity-soil indicator plant which has two kinds ways of reproductive cloning:Rhizomes reproductive cloning and spore reproductive cloning.After the subtropical vegetation community is been disturbed,D.pedata population usually keep big coverage at the primary stage of the restoration and reconstruction succession process.The aim of this paper is to research the clonal growth process of the D.pedata population,and its ecological conquence.The main conclusions are as follows:The life span of the rhizome spacer is 2.5~2.9 years old.Every year the rhizomes can grow 1.15m~1.73m.During the spacer survival time,the top of the rhizome can move 2.87m~5m at the horizontal space.It takes about 13~16 mouths from a ortet grow to be a mature clonal plant.The mature D.pedata plant grows to be clone population depend on the light condition,The disturbed pine forest and worse-growth eucalyptus plantation have small canopy density make the light condition for its spring.EST-SSR is used to examine the spatial genetic structure of D.pedata population in a 100m×100m sample,(the research shows that)the max-line distance between same genotype Ramets is more than 100m.the population has comparative excess heterozygous shows typical clonal feature,but clonal diversity(D=0.81)and average expert heterozygous(0.493)are close to the non-clonal plants,which indicates its spore reproduction includes allogamy-process.The D.pedata sigle-synusia communities has always keep advantage in the sample scenice original native vegetation was disruted at 1958.It shows that once the D.pedata population grows to be single-synusia communitiy,the natural regeneration of other native trees should been stopped,and the LQBF forest structure would been survive foe quite a long time.Extending point pattern analysis is used to research the incidence relation between D.pedata population patch with the other five patches.The result indicated that the D.pedata clonal population has a signification positive correlation with evergreen broad-leaved trees patch,deciduous broad-leaved tree patch,and has significant negative correlation with the other three patches.Human activities-disturb led forest low-quality tendency,and technical disturb such as replanting broad-leaves trees in the artificial gap.Using Illumina MiSeq 250 to sequence the transcriptome of D.pedata 11 pairs of primers could amplify bands,of which 5 pairs of primers had polymorphic in different individuals of D.pedata It used to provide the important information for the growth,development,metabolism,and micro evolutionary mechanism of D.pedata.GO annotation information shows that D.pedata has kinds of heavy metal binding protein gene,it explains that D.pedata can fix heavy metal from genetics.Using Space instead of time to research Interspecific associations of plant populations in rare earth mining wasteland in Southern China,The first three species with the highest importance values were Pinus massoniana(0.72),D.pedata(0.30)and.The interspecific association coefficients for P.massoniana-M.floridulus,P.massoniana-D.pedata and M.floridulus-D.pedata pairs,which increased with rehabilitation time,were 0.41,0.64 and 0.45,respectively.Therefore,the dominant species,such as D.pedata,are recommended for mixed planting. |
