In recent years,the city high temperature heat waves appear more and more frequently.The threat of life and property of urban and rural residents is increasing day by day.The problem that how to alleviate the threat of high temperature heat waves in the city and the prevention and control of urban heat wave has attracted worldwide attention and in-depth research.Combined with the concept of ecological security,under the remote sensing data and GIS analysis support,alleviate the urban heat waves by means of ecological way and is the focus of this paper.The first chapter introduces the research background,meaning,method and frame of this paper,describes the basic concepts of urban heat wave and the basic situation of Xiamen and Fuzhou.The second chapter summarizes the theories of urban ecological security theory,landscape ecological security pattern and urban comprehensive high temperature heat wave planning,tracked the latest progress of urban thermal environment remote sensing research,lay the theoretical foundation for the follow-up study and develop the technical direction.The 3rd chapter analyzes the complexity of urban high temperature heat waves and the characteristics of disaster prevention category,then constructed a theoretical framework to alleviate the ecological relief system of urban high temperature heat waves from the perspective of ecological security.The 4th chapter took Xiamen and Fuzhou LANDSAT satellite remote sensing data for the ENVI platform,Arcgis platform for data calculation,the surface temperature of Xiamen and Fuzhou was divided into different grades and divided into administrative regions,came to Xiamen and Fuzhou variation of the thermal environment,identified the surface temperature of the high temperature zone for satellite images,analysis the higher surface temperature of the land use,the use of functional status,analysis the reasons for its high temperature.Chapter 5th is based on the above text on surface temperature data,continued to be based on ENVI platform,Arcgis platform,fragstates platform and SPSS platform,analyzes the influence of urban land use,vegetation coverage and landscape pattern index on urban thermal environment in Xiamen and Fuzhou cities in detail,combined with the regression analysis model for quantitative derivation,obtained method of reducing the surface temperature.Chapters 6th and 7th are based on the previous theory and data,combined with the actual situation of Xiamen and Fuzhou,the ecological planning strategy of urban high temperature heat wave is put forward from the perspective of urban macro and microcosm.
