With the continuous development of economic construction,the country's demand for various energy and mineral resources is increasing.Shallow surface resources have been vigorously explored and developed,so it is more and more difficult to explore and discover new resources.However,due to the restriction of technology,the deep mineral resources,which are underdeveloped,have great potential for prospecting.And they will be an important source of mineral resources to support national economic construction and development in the new period.For a long time,a large number of surface and shallow geological data have been accumulated in the metallogenic belts through regional geological survey,mineral survey and exploration.These data have laid a solid foundation for ascertaining the deep underground geological structure and the characteristics of geological bodies.Based on data available,carrying out deep geological research,and revealing deep geological conditions by establishing three-dimensional geological models,can provide more sufficient information for deep geological prospecting.The three-dimensional geological modeling methods and software have great difficulty in establishing 3D geological models on the scale of metallogenic belts now.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the 3D geological modeling method and software system applicable to the scale of metallogenic belt.This study is aimed at the needs of establishing 3D geological model under the conditions of wide area,less drilling data and complex underground geological conditions.Based on the previous achievements,the method of regional three-dimensional geological modeling based on block-crossing section is systematically studied from the aspects of data processing and analysis,modeling process,modeling and integration method.Combined with deep learning algorithms,a method for interpolating modeling sections based on CGAN network model is proposed.To a certain extent,it solves the problem of repeated work in intelligent drawing of modeling sections and improves the efficiency of modeling.At the same time,based on the CGAN network model,an improved AECGAN network model is proposed.The model uses geological,gravity,and aeromagnetic data to generate a three-dimensional geological model intelligently,it solves the problems of long period and low efficiency of 3D modeling.Based on the VTK library,a software for regional 3D geological modeling is realized.Meanwhile,3D geological model sharing service software is realized based on the microservice architecture.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:(1)The data types,data storage and management,modeling flow,model quality and evaluation involved in regional three-dimensional geological modeling method are studied and analyzed in detail.This thesis summarizes the definitions,research objects,characteristics and tasks of regional three-dimensional geological modeling,analyses various data types and methods used in modeling.The NoSQL database management system is used to store various data,according to the characteristics of the three-dimensional modeling data.The evaluation method of the maturity and reliability of the three-dimensional geological model are discussed.(2)Based on the characteristics of regional three-dimensional geological modeling and the existing achievements,a regional three-dimensional geological modeling method based on block-crossing section is proposed.For the study areas with complex geological conditions,large area and few drilling data,combined with the advantages of block-based and cross-section three-dimensional geological modeling,a new three-dimensional geological modeling method based on blocked-cross-section is discussed from four aspects: blocking method,drawing and inversion of sections,building modeling block and integration method.And the method of integrating the inversion result of third-party software into the modeling software is studied.(3)Based on the CGAN neural network,an automatic recursive drawing algorithm for modeling sections is realized.Using the sections drawn manually as the training dataset for supervised training,the obtained deep learning model is used to generate interpolation sections between any two parallel sections,and an efficient and intelligent software is developed to generate geological sections,which has improved the efficiency of section drawing to a certain extent.(4)A regional three-dimensional geological modeling system with the ability of multi-person collaborating is developed.Based on the three-dimensional geological modeling method of blocked-crossingsection,a software system is developed with the function of multi-person collaborating for three-dimensional geological modeling,which integrates and manages multi-source and heterogeneous modeling data,provides interface in drawing multi-level section,and designs the other functions,such as recursively drawing section which can improve the efficiency of three-dimensional geological modeling,loading inversion result,and so on.The three-dimensional geological model is established finally.(5)Based on the CGAN and auto encoding neural network,a new network model AECGAN is proposed,which quickly and efficiently establish a simple regional three-dimensional geological model by comprehensively utilizing the relatively easy-to-obtain data,such as geological,geophysical data,and so on.(6)The regional three-dimensional geological modeling method based on block-crossing section is applied to the deep geological survey of the Benxi-Linjiang area.A3 D geological model of the Benxi-Linjiang area is established,and a geological analysis is carried out based on the model.(7)Based on the micro-service architecture,a three-dimensional geological model sharing service system is developed.The system integrates two functions,which are publishing and display subsystem of the three-dimensional geological model.It publishes and shares the three-dimensional geological model constructed by the method of regional three-dimensional geological modeling based on block-crossing section.It provides convenience for the study of regional three-dimensional deep geological structure.Through the above research,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)A regional three-dimensional geological modeling method based on block-cross section is proposed.This method combines the both advantages of block-based three-dimensional geological modeling method and cross-fold section-based three-dimensional geological modeling method,and carries out effective and fast three-dimensional geological modeling for the study areas with the characteristics of large area,few geological borehole data and complex geological conditions.(2)An intelligent interpolation method for modeling sections based on deep learning is proposed.The modeling section is the basic data of regional three-dimensional geological modeling.For the characteristics of known data during the interpolation of modeling sections,the state-of-art conditional generation adversarial network model is modified.After preprocessing the training data,the neural network is trained,and the trained parameters are obtained and used in the drawing of the section of the new modeling area,which improves the drawing efficiency of the modeling section greatly and improves the intelligence of 3D geological modeling system.(3)The research puts forward a three-dimensional geological modeling neural network model,named AECGAN,based on conditional generation adversarial network model,which can comprehensively utilize the geological,gravity,aeromagnetic,boreholes,artificial sections and other data in the modeling area,and intelligently generate a three-dimensional geological model of the research area with less manual intervention.(4)A regional three-dimensional geological modeling system with the ability of multi-person collaborating is developed.The regional three-dimensional geological modeling system integrates massive,multi-source,heterogeneous geological,remote sensing,and geophysical data in the study area,based on the block-crossing section regional three-dimensional geological modeling method.It is developed and realized using the VTK library.It has the characteristics of multi-person collaboration,two-dimensional and three-dimensional collaborative editing,and integrates a variety of auxiliary modeling tools to improve the efficiency of regional three-dimensional geological modeling.The prototype system has been applied to the three-dimensional geological survey of the Benxi-Linjiang area,and a three-dimensional geological model of the Benxi-Linjiang area has been established.(5)Based on the micro-service architecture,a three-dimensional geological model sharing service system is designed and implemented.The system publishes and shares the various three-dimensional model data,gets rid of the cumbersome three-dimensional modeling and visualization software,and is of great significance for expanding the application of the model.
