Over the construction and development of human caused serious deterioration of the global environment,the greenhouse effect resulting in global climate change.Since the signing of the Kyoto Protocol,especially since the Copenhagen Conference,which occupies the largest share of greenhouse gas emissions of carbon dioxide has been the focus of global attention.Uphold the spirit of sustainable development,from birth to death the building in a comprehensive,systematic life cycle assessment,taking into account every aspect of a complete,integrated assessment of the environmental impact of the building is modern green building rating focus of the study content.The purpose of this study is to focus on the green building concept,quantitative analysis and evaluation of carbon dioxide emissions by using life cycle assessment ideas on architecture,as a supplement to the current green building evaluation method,and then reduce the environmental impact of buildings in the greenhouse gas discharge.Firstly,through the analysis of cognitive research,practice at home and abroad,research evaluation of building life cycle and the carbon footprint of the building to do a structured review.Analysis of the various building life cycle theory and the construction of Carbon Footprint Assessment Method in the construction industry research and application,and on this basis,summarizes the existing problems in current research work.Secondly,according to the problems of current research,as well as the construction of Carbon Footprint Assessment of their own characteristics,and put forward the construction of carbon footprint accounting framework.The building footprint accounting system accounting objective,accounting scope and life cycle inventory analysis method,analysis and calculation formula of building stage,construction phase of the trial and building life termination phase list,a list of different accounting objective analysis model.And it is proposed based on the BIM "building materialized " carbon footprint calculation method.Thirdly,according to the method of IPCC and carbon footprint building accounting system in the framework of a carbon footprint,energy factor,traffic factor,the carbon footprint of raw material carbon footprint factor,building materials and construction of carbon footprint factor one carbon footprint factor data.And put forward to building structure for "unit" and "building materialized " carbon footprint calculation method,the construction of carbon footprint factor data set.Fourthly,building a carbon footprint calculation system framework will be established in this study,in practical application,a case study.Life cycle carbon emissions on a green building two star residential buildings detailed calculation,the results explained from three dimensions of time,greenhouse gas species and "range" etc..Finally,it is analyzed 20 residential areas in Shaanxi province's carbon footprint by life cycle emissions of carbon dioxide,finding the law.From the aspects of planning and design,mechanical and electrical system,summarizes and analyzes 44 factors affecting the carbon footprint of the building.Put forward the construction of low carbon strategy sensitivity analysis method,this method was used to analyze the factors affecting the 44 in Xi'an is suitability for carbon emission reduction in residential building.Summary of Xi'an residential building for carbon dioxide emissions must use strategies,with emphasis on the use of strategy,should use the strategy,can consider to use strategy and can not consider the use of the strategy.
