With the rapid development of iron and steel enterprise in China,it faces a huge pressure,such as cost,energy and environmental pollution etc.On the one hand,it is not comprehensive if energy saving,cost cutting and emission reduction are discussed in local area;on the other,system energy conservation,which mainly revolve around "energy carrier" and "system",put forward some important concept,such as standard material flow diagram and e-p analysis method etc.And this theory has contributed greatly to the energy conservation research on iron and steel enterprise.Therefore,for revealing operation law of iron and steel enterprise further,this paper propose general methods and way,which can improve and supplement system energy conservation,for 3D hybrid modeling and integration on the basis of Graph Theory and Basic Theory of Energy Flows and Material Flows in steel industry.Firstly,the basic description method of iron and steel enterprise network topology is described based on Graph Theory.By analysis,"Spot" and "Line" are the two basic components of the complex iron and steel enterprise system.And the meaning of "Spot","Line" and "Spot-Line Set" and their relationship are described in detail in this paper.Secondly,on the basis of the definition of energy flows and material flows,the theory of energy flows and material flows in iron and steel enterprise are also detailedly represented.And the model of energy flows and material flows,which include "Spot","Line" and some "Spot-Line Set" in iron and steel enterprise,are established.Meanwhile,some physical parameters,which can denote characteristic of energy flows and material flows,are described,such as Flow Quantity,Flow Composition,Flow Properties,Flow Route etc.Thirdly,the energy flows and material flows analysis of typical production units or critical equipment are also achieved in an iron and steel enterprise on account of scene researching,mainly including production process and production data etc.And then,analysis result can provide basic data and modeling basis for hybrid modeling and integration.Fourthly,the basic operation characteristics of "Spot" and "Line" are analyzed through basic data based on relevant definition.Analysis shows that the flowrate of material flow will lead to the change of its energy flow in "Spot".Meanwhile,the energy consumption and the cost will be changed as well with it.And there are intermittent phenomenon in some "Spot" of the iron and steel enterprise(especially the processes after steelmaking).So energy consumption and cost can be allocated to their products according to some principle.In addition,the influence of the input parameters of energy flows and material flows on the research target is different by partial correlation analysis.That being said,the contribution rate of different parameters to the target is different.Besides,"Line" also exhibits an attenuation characteristic in mass and energy.Meanwhile,some case study are conducted to identify the operation characteristics of energy flows and material flows in "Spot" and "Line‘in this paper.Finally,this paper points out there are the characteristics of hybrid integration in space,target and method for iron and steel enterprise.Therefore,this paper reveals the essence of three-dimensional hybrid integration modeling and puts forward general research approach for iron and steel enterprise with research object(space),research target,research method as a breakthrough based on graph theory the energy flows and material theory.And then,two case studies are carried out in this paper,including energy consumption optimization of the main production system and impact of iron/steel on production cost.Correspond with various aspects,this paper establishes relevant model,which can achieve hybrid modeling and integration for iron and steel,such as analysis model of energy flows and material flows,basic operation characteristics model of "Spot" and "Line",regional energy consumption and production cost optimization model("Spot-Line Set").Take regional energy consumption and production cost optimization model of an iron and steel enterprise as an example,energy consumption and production cost will be reduced by optimal scheduling of material flows structure and output of each production unit based on prediction model of each "Spot".Through the analysis of iron and steel enterprise system,this paper achieves the hybrid modeling and integration of complex steel enterprise system,and establishes universal modeling method,which provides a new solution for the research of iron and steel enterprise system.
