Objective: To explore the unity of nature and thought under the haze weather today for the body health guidance,we in the human microbiome project(the human microbiome project,HMP)inspired,chose the high traffic pollution exposure population,the traffic police nasal flora change research to reveal the fog haze weather affect the body health.On the one hand,on the basis of the Chinese medicine five gas six luck to learn,the more deeply reveals the connotation of harmony thought system,and used to guide our lives,on the other hand,studies from the perspective of western medicine microbiology organism nasal cavity for the change of the microbial barrier and regulating mode,put forward new therapy and thinking for clinical treatment of related diseases.HMP think the body is made up of cells and microbial organisms,microbial composition of community property not only affects our health,in turn,the human living environment also affects the change of the composition and diversity of microbial communities.HMP is expected to break the artificial barrier between medicine and environment,and the hominine theory of the motherland is well represented here.Methods: The system summary in huangdi neijing has been discussed five gas six theories of haze weather appear law change and how it can affect the health of the body,combined with modern industrial production,speed up urbanization process,under the form of PM2.5 pollution to the environment of the meaning and relationship with haze,finally chose to chengdu five branch of the traffic police,traffic police to obtain their nasal turbinate bacterial swab samples,ready immediately after dry ice storage.And through the new technology of modern molecular biology-16 s rRNA high-throughput sequencing technology,DNA sequencing analysis of the bacteria,find out the traffic police and the control group on turbinate flora distribution characteristics and differences of species,and the system in this paper,the species diversity in the evolution of the nasal cavity.Results: 1.The traffic policeman will increased with the increase of working years and nasal cavity flora smoking status and variations in abundance,but by Anosim analysis between groups,P > 0.05,working years and smoking group of traffic police on nasal turbinate flora has no statistical significance.2.Compared with the control group,there was a change of abundance in the nasal turbinate in the nasal cavity,which was analyzed by Anosim group,P<0.01,and the grouping had significant statistical significance.3.Traffic police group and the control group a total of 618 a total of OTUs,illustrate the microorganism community structure between them have the same,different OTUs control group in 1149,the traffic police smoking group 1042,suggests that flora structure again there is a difference between the two groups.4.At the level of the door,the two groups of bacteria were composed of two groups: the Firmicutes(31.7%),Proteobacteria(18.2%),Actinobacteria(34%)and Cyanobacteria(9.9%).In the control group,the Firmicutes were 21.4%,the Proteobacteria were 25.2%,and the Actinobacteria were 38.4%.Among them,Cyanobacteria are unique to the traffic police.5.On genus level,Corynebacterium genus content in the two groups are relatively abundant,followed by Staphylococcus aureus,Propionibacterium,cunning bacteria genera(Dolosigranulum),morakot's bacteria,eosinophilic peptone bacteria genera,anaerobic bacteria,Serratia,undulant genera(Brucella),Lactobacillus,Streptococcus,Streptococcus.Among them,Staphylococcus,Peptoniphilus and streptococcus were far more abundant in the traffic police group than the control group.In contrast,serratia was significantly higher in the control group than in the control group.6.At the level of species,both groups were found to have corynebacterium_KPL1818,S.epidermidis,and M.catarrhalis.One of corynebacterium abundance is the highest in the two groups,but the epidermis staphylococcus abundance in the traffic police is about three times in the control group,and serratia marcescens almost only in the control group,7.Biomarkers with significant differences between the groups are S.epidermidis,.Peptoniphilus and S.marcescens.Traffic police group of epidermis staphylococcus,eosinophilic peptone species abundance is much higher than the control group,the extremely significant difference,while the control group of serratia marces cens abundance than traffic police group,significant difference.Conclusion:High exposure population,traffic police unit nasal flora is characterized flora,it closely related with its long-term haze exposure,the structure of the nasal cavity flora change resulting in destruction of microbial barrier,this is haze high exposed group mechanism of nasal disease rate,which also reveals the idea of "heaven corresponding" rationality and scientific nature of traditional Chinese medicine.
