With the galloping progress of the socioeconomic status,people's demand for life quality is increasing day by day.However,food Safety Issues such as,misuse and overuse of antibiotics,using illegal additives,seriously threaten human's health.Therefore,analysis and determination is imperative to guarantee a safe and green environment.But the food samples are complex matrix,which contain redundant interferential compounds.So,it is difficult to quantify the target being measured.Solid phase extraction?SPE?is an effective technique to separate and pre-concentration the target because of its rapid extraction,easy operation,minor dosage of origin solutions and tunable of adsorbents.In this paper,two kind of target were selected as analytes?Rhodamine B,RhB and tetracyclines,TCs?.SPE with boron nitride as adsorbents was appied for the separation,pre-concentration and determination of RhB and TCs in different foods coupled with high-performance liquid chromatography.The main outlines are listed as follows:1.Carbon doped boron nitride?C-BN?was synthesized through controlled the calcination atmosphere.Series of characterization methods,such as FTIR,XRD,UV-vis DRS,XPS,SEM,TEM were used to study the component and structure of the as-prepared nanomaterials.Firstly,The adsorption behaviors of C-BN for Rhodamine B?RhB?was evaluated.The results showed that the adsorption capacity was 500mg/g.The static adsorption experiments fitted better with pseudo-second-order kinetics model and Langmuir isotherm model.The adsorption of RhB on C-BN was a spontaneous and endothermic process.Then C-BN based solid phase extraction was build to separate and determine the RhB in Chili powder and drinks samples coupling with high performance liquid chromatography?HPLC?.Several parameters were investigated,including the amount of C-BN,ultrasonic extraction and desorption time,elution volume.Under the optimized conditions,the recoveries in food sample were in the range 86.1-93.3%,with relative standard deviations ranging between 3.1 and5.0%.The limits of detections for RhB was 0.028?g/mL.2.Copper doped boron nitride?Cu-BN?was prepared through one pot method.Series of characterization methods,such as FTIR,XRD,XPS,SEM and TEM were used to study the component and structure of the as-prepared nanomaterials.Firstly,The adsorption behaviors of Cu-BN for Rhodamine B?RhB?was evaluated.The results showed that the adsorption capacity of Cu?0.2%?-BN was the maximum value,500 mg/g.The static adsorption experiments fitted better with pseudo-second-order kinetics model and Langmuir isotherm model.The adsorption of RhB on Cu?0.2%?-BN was a spontaneous and endothermic process.Then Cu?0.2%?-BN based solid phase extraction was build to separate and determine the Rh B in Chili powder and drinks samples coupling with HPLC.Several parameters were investigated,including the amount of Cu?0.2%?-BN,ultrasonic extraction and desorption time,elution volume.Under the optimized conditions,the recoveries in food sample were in the range 89.8-95.4%,with relative standard deviations ranging between 3.0 and4.3%.3.Silver doped boron nitride?Ag-BN?was synthesized through one pot method.Series of characterization methods,such as FTIR,XRD,UV-vis DRS,XPS,SEM,TEM and HRTEM were used to study the component and structure of the as-prepared nanomaterials.Firstly,The adsorption behaviors of Ag-BN for tetracycline?TC?was investigated.The results showed that the adsorption capacity of Ag?1%?-BN was the maximum value,303 mg/g.The static adsorption experiments fitted better with pseudo-second-order kinetics model and Langmuir isotherm model.The adsorption of TC on Ag?1%?-BN was a spontaneous and endothermic process.Then Ag?1%?-BN based solid phase extraction was build to separate and determine the tetracycline?TC?,oxytetracycline?OTC?and chlorotetracycline?CTC?in milk and honey samples coupling with HPLC.Several parameters were investigated,including the amount of Ag?1%?-BN,ultrasonic extraction and desorption time,elution volume.Under the optimized conditions,the recoveries in food sample were in the range 81.1-92.8%.The limits of detections for tetracyclines?TCs?were in the range of 0.026-0.033?g/mL.The results indicated that the method was a fast and efficeint technology for the separation and determination of TCs in milk and honey samples.4.?-Fe2O3 doped boron nitride??-Fe2O3/BN?was synthesized through one pot method.Series of characterization methods,such as FTIR,XRD?XPS,SEM and TEM were used to study the component and structure of the as-prepared nanomaterials.Firstly,The adsorption behaviors of Fe-BN for tetracycline?TC?was investigated.The results showed that the adsorption capacity of?-Fe2O3?0.5%?/BN was the maximum value,385 mg/g.The static adsorption experiments fitted better with pseudo-second-order kinetics model and Langmuir isotherm model.The adsorption of TC on?-Fe2O3?0.5%?/BN was a spontaneous and endothermic process.Then?-Fe2O3?0.5%?/BN based solid phase extraction was build to separate and determine the TC,OTC and CTC in milk and honey samples coupling with HPLC.Several parameters were investigated,including the amount of?-Fe2O3?0.5%?/BN,ultrasonic extraction and desorption time,elution volume.Under the optimized conditions,the recoveries in food sample were in the range 84.4-96.7%,with relative standard deviations ranging between 4.7 and 7.1%.5.Series of supported BN with SiO2?BN-SiO2?were synthesized by the sol-gel method.Serials of characterization methods,such as FTIR,XRD,BET and TEM were used to study the component and structure of the as-prepared nanomaterials.Firstly,The adsorption behaviors of BN-SiO2 for RhB was evaluated.The results showed that the adsorption capacity of BN?1%?-SiO2 was the maximum value,435mg/g.The static adsorption experiments fitted better with pseudo-second-order kinetics model and Langmuir isotherm model.The adsorption of RhB on BN?1%?-SiO2 was a spontaneous and endothermic process.Then BN?1%?-SiO2 based solid phase extraction was build to separate and determine the RhB in Chili powder and drinks samples coupling with HPLC.Several parameters were investigated,including the amount of BN?1%?-SiO2,ultrasonic extraction and desorption time,elution volume.Under the optimized conditions,the recoveries in food sample were in the range 97.7-103.1%,with relative standard deviations ranging between 1.8 and3.5%.
