Research On The Construction Of China's Socialist Ecological Civilization Since The Reform And Opening Up

Since the reform and opening up,China has done hard exploration and formed its unique ecological construction theories with Chinese characteristics.The Chinese central party committee regarding comrade Xi Jinping as its core has attached significant importance to the construction of ecological civilization and put forward many new ideas.The 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly proposed socialist ecological civilization,which was then raised as a new assertion,meanwhile,inculpating socialist ecological civilization into the five-in-one layout.The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China further deepened the understanding of the regularity of ecological civilization construction.The construction of socialist ecological civilization is placed in an important position owning to the fact that it is related to sustainable development of the China and Chinese people.In retrospect,it is unquestionable that the classic Marxist views of nature have laid solid theoretical foundation for the theoretical origin of China's socialist ecological civilization.Some classic Marxist views of nature such as the unity between man and nature based on social practice,criticism of unreasonable life styles and value appeal to natural humanism,etc provide guideline for China's socialist ecological civilization construction.In addition to the basic theories of classic Marxism natural views,as the first important theoretical achievement of the localization of Marxism in China,the thought germination of ecological civilization construction in Mao Zedong's thought has laid ideological basis for later socialist ecological civilization construction.Furthermore,China's socialist ecological civilization construction also takes advantage of ecological wisdom and theories at all times and in all over the world.For example,it has drawn on the lessons from ecological wisdom of the ancient Chinese traditional culture and western modern and contemporary ecological theories.Moreover,the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics,which has continuously developed and become increasingly perfect,has also provided effective and powerful theoretical support for the construction of socialist ecological civilization in China since the reform and opening up.It has not only enriched and developed Marxism especially the classic Marxist views of nature,but has also highly integrated socialist system and ecologicalcivilization construction into itself.Since the reform and opening up,the construction of socialist ecological civilization has gone through the process of embryonic stage,initial stage of development,relatively mature stage and deeply developmental stage.During the process,the construction of socialist ecological civilization has achieved some success: with its theories transforming into scientization,modernization,greenization and ecologicalization;with its modes of practices becoming increasingly diversified and environmentally friendly;with its international cooperation getting constantly deepened and wide-ranging.At present,there exist a great many practical problems in China's socialist ecological civilization construction,most of which concentrate on the construction of thinking and logic,advances in practice in key areas of construction,institutional construction and ecological international cooperation,etc.All these problems have seriously impeded the construction of ecological civilization.When profoundly analyzing the causes of these problems,people may discover that the influence of historical tradition,the hindrance of realistic factors,the interference of bad thoughts and the influence of science and technology are the overriding reasons resulting into these problems.As it should be,China will neither ignore nor slack off on these problems exposed during the course of the construction of socialist ecological civilization.Besides,China will not counterpoise the construction of ecological civilization to the social and economical development.Therefore,China needs to systematically boost the construction of the socialist ecological civilization under the background of the new era,providing well green environment and atmosphere for building a well-off society in an all-round way and starting the new journey of constructively building a modern socialist country.To achieve these goals,our country must focus on the following aspects: On the concept level of ecological civilization construction,our country can continuously promote theoretical level by cultivating ecological consumption concept and promoting ecological environment education.In terms of social practices in the construction of ecological civilization,our country should place emphasis on three dimensions including energy revolution,ecological production and green management.It should also make constant innovations in modes of practices and patterns of manifestation;On the systematicalconstruction of ecological civilization construction,our country should increasingly perfect and bring forth new ideas to the institutional system through reasonably arranging and normatively implementing on all levels of operations and institutional mechanism of the ecological civilization construction;On international cooperation of the construction of ecological civilization,our country should constantly promote coordinated development of socialist ecological civilization construction by means of deepening the conceptual consensus of a community with shared future and improving and perfecting construction mechanism of ecological cooperation.Through the research,the experience of China ecological civilization construction can be concluded into theoretical aspect and practical aspect,which are theoretical summary and practical sublimation.At the same time,the research has got two conclusions.Firstly,we must use the view of socialist ecological civilization to guide systematical construction of socialist ecological civilization construction in new era.Secondly,we must use Chinese socialist ecological civilization construction as guidance to guide global ecological civilization construction,as well as fully show contribution property,participation and introduction in guiding global ecological civilization construction.
