With the rapid development of manufacturing technology,the industrial transformation led by intelligent manufacturing will enter an important stage of development.In order to seize the development opportunity of a new round of scientific and technological revolution,the development strategies of manufacturing industry,such as Industrial 4.0,Industrial Internet Strategy and Made in China 2025,have been launched one after another.As the focus product of manufacturing and information fusion,a new round of scientific and technological revolution poses new challenges for the intelligent development of CNC systems.This paper is supported by the major national scientific and technological projects of "high-grade CNC machine tools and basic manufacturing equipment".Based on the self-developed "Lan Tian CNC" GJ400 open high-grade CNC system,combined with the new requirements of industrial 4.0 and intelligent manufacturing for CNC system,the research on Key Technologies of Reconfigurable Intelligent CNC system for intelligent manufacturing is carried out.The main contributions of this paper include the following aspects:1.A Reconfigurable Intelligent NC system architecture model based on RGM? bus is proposed.The hardware platform of Reconfigurable Intelligent NC system based on Gigabit Ethernet RGM? bus is designed.HMU and NCU are interconnected by Gigabit Ethernet RGM? bus.By using RGM? bus technology to construct the hardware platform of Reconfigurable Intelligent NC system,the functions of remote multi-mode real-time display and control technology of intelligent NC system are realized.The shortcomings of short transmission distance,insufficient anti-interference ability and the inadequacy of realizing remote real-time display and control of multiple terminals are solved.The reliability of NC system is improved and the number of terminals is enlarged.The application scenario of the control system.2.The design and implementation of intelligent data detection unit based on fieldbus are given.By selecting different field bus communication boards,NCSF,Ether CAT,M?I,SSB ?I and other field bus can be supported.Supports data sensing functions of temperature,vibration,RFID and other sensors on the processing site.The hardware platform of intelligent data detection unit is designed and completed,and the communication protocol of intelligent NC detection unit based on SBS? bus is designed and implemented.3.An intelligent compensation technique for non-linear errors based on data-driven is proposed.Because of the non-linear characteristics of thermal error and force error of NC machine tools,the traditional thermal error compensation technology based on precise model has linear fitting error,which restricts the further improvement of NC machine tool processing accuracy.This paper proposes a data-driven method to realize thermal error compensation of machine tools,and uses fuzzy neural network as learning model,combined with real-time acquisition errors in processing.The experimental results show that the technology can significantly improve the compensation effect of NC machine tool non-linear errors.4.The fault self-diagnosis technology of NC machine tool based on intelligent perception is studied.In order to meet the requirement of multi-source intelligent acquisition of NC machine tools,the key technology is to realize reliable communication of multi-source heterogeneous network.This paper uses shared library technology and dynamic configuration technology of NC tasks to develop gateway middleware for heterogeneous network communication,which enables sensors satisfying different transmission protocols to access and analyze the network,and helps to realize sensing.Dynamic adaptive configuration of the network.In addition,according to the fault self-diagnosis technology of NC machine tools,the fault tree construction of typical faults in CNC system is completed.
