Fluorescent Probes have been widely application in many fields due to their operational simplicity, high sensitivity, excellent selectivity,real-time detection and inexpensive operational cost.In this paper,we design and synthesize a series of fluorescent probes for metal ions based on different signaling mechanisms, and study theirs fluorescent properties and recognition capability. Here are six chapters in this paper. In the first chapter, there are some briefly summary about fluorescence and the influence on fluorescence properties, giving emphasis to fluorescent probes for kinds of metal ions based on different signaling mechanisms. In the second chapter, there are four quinoline Schiff-base fluorescent sensors based on Photoinduced Electron Transfer?PET?,and we study theirs fluorescent properties and recognition capability by Uv-vis spectrum, fluorescence spectrum,Job curve and ESI-MS spectrum,up addition of the related ions, the probes exhibit remarkable fluorescence enhancement. In the third chapter, there are three naphthaldehyde Schiff-base fluorescent sensors based on Excited State Intramolecular Proton Transfer?ESIPT?,and we study theirs fluorescent properties and recognition capabilities by Uv-vis spectrum, fluorescence spectrum,Job curve and ESI-MS spectrum. In the fourth chapter, there are three rhodamine Schiff-base fluorescent sensors based on Fluorescence Resonance Energy Transfer?FRET?,and we study theirs fluorescent properties and recogniticapabilities by Uv-vis spectrum, fluorescence spectrum,Job curve and ESI-MS spectrum,up addition of the related ions, theirs fluorescence intensity exhibit remarkable ratiometric change. In the fifth chapter, there is a novel coumarin Schiff-base fluorescent sensor.By Uv-vis titration, fluorescence titration,Job curve,ESI-MS and 1HNMR titration,we confirm the sensor can detect of Al3+and Zn2+based on hydrolysis of imines and inhibting PET process respectively. In the sixth chapter, there are two Schiff-base fluorescent sensors based on Aggregation-Induced Emission?AIE?.The former consist of Methyl 3,5-diformyl-4-hydroxybenzoate and Benzhydrazide,we confirm the interaction of the sensor and Zn2+forms 1:1 Zn complex by Uv-vis titration, fluorescence titration,Job curve,ESI-MS,the latter consist of 3,4,5-tris?benzyloxy?benzohydrazide and salicylaldehyde, similarly, the formation of 2:1 Zn complex between the sensor and Zn2+is confirmed.
