Visible light is an inexhaustible green and sustainable energy.Visible light photoredox catalysis could construct organic compounds under mild conditions with good chemoselectivity,which has garnered comphrehensive attention in recent years.Organic compounds substituted with difluoroalkyl-and phosphoryl-substituent are significant in materials science,pharmaceuticals,and biological research.We prospected to construct the difluoroalkyl-and phosphoryl-substituent moleculars in mild condition with simple operation.The thesis contains with following four parts:(1).Brief introduction of visible light catalysis and the progress in synthesis of phosphoryl substituted organic compoundsAbove of all,we would like to briefly introduce the background of photocatalysis,and then,we outline the transformations for the phosphonation of organic compounds induced by radical or photocatalysis.(2).Metal-Free,Visible-Light-Promoted Synthesis of 3-Phosphorylated Coumarins via Radical C-P/C-C Bond FormationThe 3-phosphorylated coumarins are potential pharmaceutically active compounds.We proposed that metal-free photocatalytic approach could efficient construct 3-phosphorylated coumarins under mild conditions with high functional group tolerance,moderate to good yields,and excellent regioselectivities.(3).Design,Synthesis,and Application of Highly Reducing Organic Visible-Light PhotocatalystsIn recent years,organic dyes have attracted considerable attention as environmentally friendly photocatalysts(PCs)over transition-metal complexes.However,the development of photocatalysts with strong reducibility was lagging behind.A series of inexpensive,easily tunable,and highly reducing organic PCs that exhibit strong absorption in the visible region are described.The photocatalytic efficiency of these PCs was demonstrated by catalyzing several challenging reactions and the radical cascade cyclization of 1,6-diyne with superior photocatalytic efficiency to other organic photocatalysts.(4)Metal-free Visible-light-induced Construction of Difluoro-Containing DibenzazepineDibenzazepine are prevalent structures with bioactivity including antifungal,antidepressant and anti-inflammatory properties.Compared with the five-and sixmembered ring,it is challenge to construct the seven-number ring because their unfavorable transannular interactions and entropic penalties.We developed a efficient metal-free photocatalytic approch to synthesze the difluoro-containing dibenzazepine under mild condition with broad functional group compatibility and simple operation.
