Our government has adopted a variety of methods and measures to ensure the safety of underground production and the safety of workers.It is an important measure to build a smart mine and realize the unattended operation of the coal mine.The in-depth research and application of the underground Internet of things system,especially the sensing layer and the transmission layer,is of great significance for promoting the deep integration of coal mine industrialization and information technology,accelerating the renewal of coal mine industrial structure and the improvement of production efficiency,and finally realizing the development goal of unattended and less manned operation in the coal mineIn order to achieve this development goal,this paper makes an in-depth study on the construction and key technologies of the underground opportunistic sensing network in accordance with the characteristics of the mine environment and the existing coal mine network sensing layer and network layer,based on the actual needs of the acquisition and transmission of the underground environment and equipment parameters.This paper proposes to use the existing network resources in the coal mine,without adding mobile devices and less sensing devices,to construct the coal mine opportunistic sensing network by the way of "wired fixed nodes+wireless fixed nodes+wireless mobile nodes".In this way,the mine personnel,environment and equipment can be fully perceived,which ensures the real-time transmission of mine environment and equipment parameters and the real-time dynamic response of ground and underground of coal mine.The main research results are as follows:(1)We designed a kind of underground coal mine opportunistic sensing network using "wired fixed node+wireless fixed node+wireless mobile node" structure,which realized the comprehensive perception of the personnel,environment and equipment in the coal mine.(2)We designed the intelligent sensing layer and heterogeneous transmission layer of coal mine Internet of things underground.By classified sensing,collaborative sensing and defining unified and standardized interfaces,we have realized the effective and orderly processing of various signals in coal mines.We design heterogeneous fusion gateway to realize the communication between heterogeneous networks in coal mine.(3)We propose a topology mechanism of wireless communication in coal mine roadway,establish a low directional false alarm sensing model between sensing nodes,optimize the heterogeneous fusion network and its node topology structure in coal mine,and improve the reliability of mobile opportunistic sensing network in coal mine(4)We propose a method of mine underground mobile opportunity awareness network layout,and use the improved Kalman node interaction prediction model to plan the dynamic route of the controlled mobile nodes,so as to achieve the full coverage of the underground Internet of things with the minimum cost.(5)In order to adapt to the characteristics of heterogeneity of nodes and pan periodicity of node movement in coal mine underground opportunistic sensing network,we designed a routing algorithm based on the statistics of historical encounter information between nodes.Through the analysis of historical information of nodes,the interaction prediction of controlled mobile nodes and fixed information,we realized the routing and data forwarding of mobile nodes.Based on all the research work above,we designed the software and hardware of four kinds of nodes and made them.Then we constructed the coal mine underground opportunistic sensing network,using LoRa low-power wide area network,and deployed the network in the coal mine underground tunnel for field test.Through the data transmission experiment,the maximum amount of data interaction between nodes is 1200 KB/s,which realizes the effective communication between nodes in the coal mine environment.Through the data collection and network coverage experiment,the network coverage rate of coal mine underground is increased to 95%after the using of opportunistic network compared with only 10%of fixed wired nodes only,which greatly improves the network coverage rate of coal mine underground.After the addition of controlled mobile nodes,the network performance and perceptual transmission coverage rate are further improved.Industrial experiments show that the opportunistic network and routing algorithm are scientific and effective.Finally,we apply the opportunisitc network to the transportation system of the inclined roadway under the coal mine,and achieve good application results.The research work of this paper provides a new research direction and foundation for the intelligent perception and transmission of the coal mine Internet of things,which will further promote the development and popularization of the coal mine Internet of things,and provide a strong guarantee for the coal mine safety production.Figure[38]table[9]reference[125]...
