The sustainable use of land is one of the key problems that need to be solved in the transformation of resource-based cities.As the main bearing area of the ecological crisis of resource-based cities,the future planning and development of land is particularly critical.As the largest oilfield in cold regions of China,Daqing Oilfield is in a critical period of transformation.This paper takes Daqing Urban Fringe as the research object,based on the theoretical basis of disciplines such as landscape architecture,landscape ecology,urban-rural planning,and remote sensing geoscience,selects remote sensing image data from 1980 to 2017 to analyze the spatial evolution characteristics of the study area,and construct the ecological security pattern of Daqing Urban Fringe,in order to enhance regional ecological security,explore the future development direction of land use,and provide help in the future urban construction process.Main research contents:(1)Spatial and Temporal Evolution of Daqing Urban FringeBased on the Nature-Society-Economy general situation,the land use and ecological environment(Risk-Value-Elasticity)spatio-temporal characteristics,using the Driving force-Pressure-State-Impact-Response(D-P-S-I-R)framework model to construct the ecological security evaluation system,this paper analyzes the temporal and spatial evolution trends and influencing factors of ecological security in Daqing Urban Fringe.The results show that the index of ecological security has shown a declining trend of fluctuations.Among them,1980-1990 and 2000-2010 showed a larger change.From 1980 to 2000,due to the increase of human disturbance factors,such as oilfield exploitation,expansion activities and disordered cultivation,the area of blue-green space in the study area(especially in the oilfield)decreased,the regional ecological environment was damaged,and the ecological security was reduced.From 2000 to 2017,due to the reduction of oil production and the improvement of protection awareness,the human disturbance factors decreased.The grassland coverage level in the study area(especially outside the oilfield)increased,the regional ecological environment was restored,and ecological security was improved.The oilfield,as the main area of ecological security early warning region,grassland continues to degrade,and the ecological environment has not improved.(2)The construction of ecological security pattern in Daqing Urban FringeBased on the analysis of spatio-temporal analysis of ecological security,this paper uses the overlay method and resistance model to identify the regional ecological network and define the scope of management and control,so as to optimize the ecological-landscape spatial pattern and formulate the spatial management-control strategy and guarantee mechanism.The results show that the early warning area is 9791.63km2 and the protection area is 625.90km2.The ecological space structure of "one ring,dual core,four zones,nine slices,and multiple corridors" and the landscape space structure of "one belt,one axis,three industries,five zones,and multiple points".Establish management and control strategies for ecological restoration and protection,as well as multiple guarantee mechanisms for planning,law,supervision,economy,technology and management,so as to realize the grand vision of the region's material abundance,economic development,cultural heritage,and ecological security.
