Study On The Improving Path And Influence Mechanistic For The Green Low Carbonization Of Coal Enterprise

As an important part of China's real economy,coal enterprises are both energy producers and energy consuming units.However,the long-term unsustainable development model has led to serious problems of waste of resources and environmental pollution.Thus,green low-carbon development has become an inevitable choice for coal enterprises to transform and develop.Therefore,exploring the issue of green and low carbon evolution is vital for coal enterprises.Previous studies on this issue are mostly speculative without comprehensive and systematic identification of the influencing factors of green low-carbon coal enterprises and its mechanism of action.This study adopts empirical research method to analyze the key influencing factors and their mechanism of green low-carbon among coal enterprises,and puts forward the path to further enhance measures based on the results of analysis,which is of important theoretical value and practical significance.On the basis of sorting out the domestic and foreign research literature,and guided by the theories and methods of management science and engineering,this paper identifies the key influencing factors of green low-carbon in coal enterprises by using the relevant theories of Economics,Management and Game Theory,and makes a deep analysis of its mechanism of action.An analysis model of influencing factors of green low carbonization in coal enterprises is put forward,based on which,a three-part questionnaire was compiled for 450 middle-level managers of more than 30 coal enterprise groups in Shaanxi,Shanxi,Ningxia,Inner Mongolia,Gansu,and Shandong provinces.On the basis of 346 valid questionnaires,structural equation model analysis,regression analysis,principal component analysis and other methods were used toanalyze the influencing factors of green low carbon in coal enterprises.The main conclusions of this study are:(1)The questionnaire designed according to the model with good internal consistency and structural validity,which can effectively measure the green low-carbon intention,the green low-carbon behavior,and the influencing factors of green low-carbon in coal enterprises.After screening,the influencing factors of green low-carbon in coal enterprises have five kinds of variables and twelve dimension indicators.Among them,the government control variable contains three dimension indicators;the market-oriented variable contains two dimension indicators;the public supervision variable contains two dimension indicators;the technical innovation variable contains two dimension indicators;the organizational situation factor variable contains three dimensions indicators.(2)At present,the influence of various factors on the green low-carbon coal enterprises is generally positive,but the intensity is different.The empirical results show that government regulation,market orientation,public supervision,technological innovation and organizational scenario have significant positive effects on coal enterprises' green low-carbon willingness.The order of influence intensity from strong to weak is: organizational scenario factor,government regulation,technological innovation,public supervision,market orientation..The significant effects of government control variables on green low-carbon behavior and organizational scenarios of coal enterprises are not supported by data.Market-oriented variables,technological innovation variables and public supervision variables have significant positive effects on the green low-carbon behavior of coal enterprises.(3)The desire of coal enterprises to green low-carbon has mediating effect between "influencing factors" and "green low-carbon behavior of coal enterprises".According to the Theory of Planned Behavior and the hypothesis that enterprises' willingness could be transformed into enterprise behavior,this paper constructs the influence path model of "independent variable-intermediate variable-dependent variable",with the influencing factors of green low-carbon in coal enterprises being taken as independent variables;the green low-carbon intention of coal enterprises being taken as intermediary variable,and the green low-carbon behavior of coal enterprisestaken as intermediary variable.As a dependent variable,AMOS 22.0 software was used to verify and analyze the mediating effect of green low-carbon intention of coal enterprises.The results show that there is a complete intermediary effect between the government regulation variables and the green low-carbon behavior of coal enterprises,between the organizational scenario variables and the green low-carbon behavior of coal enterprises,and between the green low-carbon behavior of coal enterprises and the green low-carbon intention of coal enterprises;among other influencing factors variables(including market-oriented variables,technological innovation variables,public supervision)There is a partial mediation effect between the governor variables and the green low-carbon behavior of coal enterprises.Based on the above conclusions,and on the basis of the full discussion of the empirical results,this study puts forward the force model of the green low-carbon system in coal enterprises,and points out that the green low-carbon system in coal enterprises is a "five forces" dynamic evolution system,that is to say,government regulation is a force;market orientation is a gravity;public supervision is a pressure;technological innovation is the supporting force;organizational scenarios are the internal driving force,and the five forces joint together to promote the green low-carbonization in coal enterprises.This study further excavates the data of the questionnaire,and analyzes the promotion path of green low-carbon coal enterprises with the help of the problems and suggestions found by interviews and field research.Through the above research,the study will provide theoretical basis and decision-making reference for the coal enterprises to actively transform and develop and for the government to formulate guiding policies,and also provide theoretical guidance for coal enterprises to carry out practical and effective green low-carbon practice.
