With the prosperity of the world economy and trade,the economic pressure on the environment has gradually increased.Various environmental problems such as global warming,abnormal climate,water pollution,and air pollution have become increasingly prominent.People pay attention to environmental protection as their own health.The development of traditional enterprises is subjected to the government's strict environmental protection policies and regulations,increasing consumer awareness of environmental protection,partner requirements and changes in market demand.Low-carbon innovation has become an important way for companies to obtain economic growth and achieve sustainable development.In the process of low-carbon innovation,how to establish a profitable concept of low-carbon innovation for members?How to stimulate members' enthusiasm for low-carbon innovation and effectively restrain member cooperation behavior?How to effectively handle and use the knowledge spillover in the cooperation process to promote low-carbon innovation cooperation?How to effectively distribute the benefits of low-carbon innovation cooperation?Aforementioned issues are what need to be solved in the effective operation of low-carbon supply chains.In the context of manufacturing supply chain research,based on the hypothesis of economic man,using the positive impacts of low-carbon innovation on performance of enterprises to persuade member enterprises that low-carbon innovation is profitability at start.Then construct a supply chain low-carbon innovation game model considering consumer preferences and government subsidies under penalty contracts to guide the members to reach a consensus on low-carbon innovation.Finally,some incentive contracts are built to probe the different impacts of various mechanisms on the low-carbon innovation behavior and profit distribution of supply chain members.Eventually realize the effective configuration of different goals and different coordination mechanisms in the low-carbon innovation development stage of the supply chain.The detailed information are as follows:(1)In the process of studying the impact of corporate low-carbon innovation on corporate performance,using hierarchical regression analysis to obtain the influence path of corporate low-carbon innovation on corporate performance.It further illustrates enterprises may reap the benefit of low-carbon innovation activities.(2)Start with the internal implementation mechanism adopted by the leading members of the low-carbon supply chain as the main body,constructing a low-carbon innovation strategy game model constrained by penalty contract to explore the optimal strategy of members under the dual dynamic conditions of member attitude migration and changes in decision types.(3)From the incentive properties of the contract,through the refinement of the incentive contract into a single incentive contract and a combined incentive contract to explore the coordination effect of single incentive contract(price discount contract,the cost sharing contract,the revenue sharing contract)and combined incentive contract(such as price discount+cost sharing,price discount+revenue sharing,cost sharing+revenue sharing and price discount+cost sharing+revenue sharing contract)on low-carbon innovation implementation in the supply chain.Further analyze and compare the positive effects of single incentive mechanism and combined incentive mechanism,and carry out numerical simulation.The research results show that low-carbon innovative behavior can promote corporate performance,and consumer preferences and government intervention can promote this relationship;punishment contracts have good restraint effects,but they cannot promote a win-win situation for members;incentive contracts can well realize supply chain and members profits increase,and the promotion effect of combined contracts and single contracts is more significant.
