As the world's energy supply tensions and environmental crisis deepened,energy and power industry needs to speed up to the green,low carbon and high efficiency of transformation.In this context,the rapid development of wind power,photovoltaic power generation and other clean energy power generation,energy and power system supply and demand structure has undergone profound changes.However,solar wind power and other renewable energy have the characteristics of volatility and uncertainty,and it is at a disadvantage in the competition with traditional power generation,not only the price is high,but also put forward higher requirements to the flexibility of the power system.As a new energy utilization system,"regional multi energy sources" can effectively improve the efficiency of energy use and improve the structure of energy supply and demand.Therefore,carrying out research on low carbon scheduling of power system based on the framework of regional multi energy sources,are helpful to coordinating the traditional power generation and the operation of the new generation mode effectively,which has important significance on promoting the green,low carbon and sustainable development of China's electric power industry.In this paper,the low carbon scheduling model of power system under the framework of regional multi energy sources is studied,starting with the analysis of the influencing factors of the low carbon scheduling of the power system under the regional multi energy source framework,launches the research on low carbon economic dispatch model of power system based on coal price forecast,low carbon scheduling model of power system considering transmission capacity constraints,low carbon scheduling model of power system based on energy and environment efficiency and design of low carbon scheduling in power system under the framework of regional multi energy sources,in order to provide technical support and institutional proposals for promoting the transformation of China's electric power industry and efficient use of renewable energy.First,on the current distribution of resources in our country and the development and utilization of different energy cost are analyzed,the influencing factors of low carbon scheduling cost of power system under the framework of multi energy sources are studied,and then conduct research on the minimum cost scheduling of multi energy power system from the perspective of coal price forecast,construct the dual oligopoly model and the low carbon economic dispatch model of the conventional energy and renewable energy sources under the power market environment,and simulate the competition between conventional power generation and renewable energy power generation under uncertain circumstances.Second,set up the operation of the power system which contains the traditional power generation mode and the operation status of the power system including the traditional power generation mode and the renewable energy generation mode,build modeling of power system scheduling,consider the constraints of transmission capacity,operating characteristics of different generating units,and output uncertainties of wind turbines in the system,calculate low carbon scheduling simulation for different situations,and study the influence of transmission capacity constraints on the scale of renewable energy and production planning.Third,the concept of energy environment efficiency is put forward in the area of multi energy source scheduling optimization.Energy and environmental efficiency is introduced in the power system dispatching and low carbon model,combined with different power generation and renewable energy power generation prediction technology,building the low carbon scheduling model considering energy and environmental efficiency under the framework of regional multi energy sources,and then carry out simulation calculation as an example of a regional energy systems with multi-type unit,and evaluate the economic benefit and environmental benefit of the multi energy source system in the power system at the same time.Forth,carry out a systematic study on power system low carbon scheduling under the framework of regional multi energy sources.Firstly,the technical requirements for the implementation of the low carbon operation under the framework of regional multi energy sources are determined,then study the infrastructure construction of low carbonization development of power system based on regional multi energy sources,finally,carry out a protection mechanism research of the low carbon development of the power system under the framework of regional multi energy sources.
