High speed linear camera,as special camera used in satellite push-broom shooting and special industrial pipeline detection,has been widely used in recent years with the rapid development of China’s aerospace remote sensing satellite technology and machine vision detection technology in industrial field.With the development of image sensor technology and the expansion of the camera application scenarios,higher image data rate,lower image noise and more complex field environment put forward higher standard requirements for camera design.In the research process,this paper puts forward a solution to the key problems in camera design,implementation and application from theoretical research and system design,and realizes the whole system,finally installs in the field,applies the test repeatedly and looks at the higher standard.The main contents and innovative achievements of this paper can be summarized as follows:1.we study the issues in the drive design,power supply layout design and image correction through designing a triple-line high-speed linear array CCD camera.We study the design scheme of CCD sensor drive circuit and the phase trimming technique to drive the chip correctly.Then we design the low noise power system and the layout scheme.In the aspect of image correction,we study the colour space separation correction scheme.And finally we made the finished product,to achieve the contents of the study.The producte used later as the basis for other research platform used.2.we choose to study the noise as an important indicator of a camera electronics design evaluation.In order to quantify the noise parameters of the linear array camera,the noise model of the linear array CCD camera is deduced by mathematical method,and the noise test platform is designed and innovated through the multi-gain test data matching method to solve the specific value of each noise component in the actual work settings.Finally,the correctness of the noise model is proved by the matching of the measured data and the theoretical data.3.According to the high speed data rate of aerospace sensing camera and close loop management requiremtns of the problem recurrence,we implenment the test equipments for aerospace camera throuht the development of data receiving module,image simulation source,strage array and hardware coprocessor.Except the completion of camera test work,our equipments archive a long time(more than 1 hour)continuous storage rate of 1GBps,the actual project application reaches 442.3MBps;image anomaly detection rate reached 2.4GBps,the actual project application to 1.3 GBps.The whole system has been successfully applied in the field test of several aerospace projects in china.4.Aiming at the problem that the data rate of the camera is increased and the real-time data transmission is affected,an intelligent high-speed linear camera system is proposed in the target detection application.The data rate is reduced by outputting the target slice,the valid information in the test is demand constant.Through the system research,the algorithm research,the hardware program research and the test plan research,we realize the intelligent high speed linear camera system and build the verification platform in the industrial field to carry on the research verification to the design plan.The experimental results show that the output data rate of the intelligent camera system can be reduced to 0.05%of the original camera system with the whole effective information of the detected target.5.In the process of verification,we study the problem of color space correction for the application of high-speed triple-line CCD camera.The correction of the color space separation of the existing triple-line camera scheme can only be input by pixel level accuracy and can not adapt to the speed of the subject.Through the study of the initial settings,accurate estimates and precise settings process,we improve the color separation setting from manual input to automatic adaptation;the triple line camera output image correction accuracy is improved by 10 times from the pixel level to the sub-pixel level with a precision of 0.1 pixels.Based on the sub-pixel correction technology,the triple-line camera can adapt to the field with an instability speed.This method improves the performance of the camera.We also innovative use the sub-pixel colcor space correction to measure the speed with non-contact,expand the camera function.
