In the distribution networks,new features have presented such as high permeability access of distributed generation and active management of demand side resources(including controllable loads,distributed energy storages and electric vehicles),which pose new challenges and demands for the planning of active distribution systems.For the planning of active distribution systems,it is necessary to consider how different control modes and permeability of demand-side resources will affect the power demand of distribution networks,and how different demand-side resources participation scenarios(including participation in the traditional demand-side management,participation in the incentive-based demand response and participation in the price-based demand response)affect the peak load of the system.Research on the planning of active distribution systems considering demand side resources integration has important practical significance and application prospects.This paper mainly studies the planning of active distribution systems considering demand side resources integration.The main achievements and innovations are as follows:(1)In this paper,the planning framework of active distribution systems considering demand-side resources integration is proposed,and then the modeling principles,methods and characteristics of demand-side resources in the planning model are proposed.(2)For the planning of active distribution systems considering demand-side resources integration,a general bi-level programming model for active distribution system planning considering uncertainties is proposed,and a method for dealing with uncertainties and the algorithms for solving multi-objective problems are proposed.(3)Aiming at the two modes of demand-side resources participating in the demand response(i.e.,direct control mode and price adjustment mode),the planning models and their solution methods for active distribution systems with distributed generation and demand-side resources arc proposed respectively,and the two models are validated with specific application scenarios.(4)An energy-hub-based modeling method for active distribution systems with multiple energy sources is proposed,and then a complete model for joint optimization of planning and operation of active distribution systems considering cold-thermal-electrical load balance is proposed.The effects of various factors on planning indicators are comprehensively analyzed and evaluated.
