| The disequilibrium in traffic supply and demand and the induced traffic congestion have seriously restricted the healthy and stable development of urban economy and society in China.The basic strategy to alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand is to increase supply and regulate demand.The development of urban traffic network design is the main measure to increase supply.The advanced traveler information system influences travel decisions by providing information inducement to travelers.It is an important means to regulate demand and balance the distribution of network traffic flow.Taking information induction as the breakthrough point,this paper studies the urban traffic network design problem under the information environment,which can enrich and improve the theory of network traffic flow,improve the scientificity of traffic planning in practice.The main work of the paper includes:Firstly,the influence of information on traveler’s decision-making behavior is analyzed.The mixed equilibrium traffic assignment models of road network under three different behavioral assumptions are constructed,and the algorithms for solving these models are given.Firstly,the influence of information on travelers’ decision-making behaviors are analyzed.By dividing travelers into two groups:equipped with information receiving device and unequipped with information receiving device,the mixed equilibrium traffic assignment models under three different behavior assumptions are constructed and the algorithms for solving these models are given.The results show that both market penetration and information quality will affect the traffic flow pattern of road network.Secondly,the paper constructs a bi-level programming model of road network reserve capacity by using the mixed equilibrium model of road network under information induction for the lower layer programming and gives a heuristic algorithm for solving the reserve capacity model.The influence of information quality and market penetration rate of information system on the reserve capacity is analyzed and revealed by an example.Thirdly,the paper adopts the average traffic flow to travel time ratio under the equilibrium state as the network efficiency evaluation index.Aiming at the stochastic demand road network,the paper constructs a Monte Carlo simulation-based operational efficiency evaluation method under traffic information environment and studies the influence of information provision on the operational efficiency of road network.Finally,the paper combines information induction with network design process,and constructs a variety of urban traffic network design models that consider information induction based on the target characteristics of network design problems and the attributes of decision variables,including the fixed demand continuous network design model with the aim of improving the operation efficiency of road network under information induction,the multi-objective continuous equilibrium network design model considering demand stochasticity under information induction,and the mixed traffic network design model with the road construction level and construction scale as the optimization variables under information induction.For the three bi-level programming models for network design,the paper uses particle swarm optimization algorithm,Monte Carlo simulation based second generation non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm and adaptive genetic algorithm to solve three models and carry out case analysis with test network. |
