With the rapid development of national economic construction,engineering blasting technology plays an increasingly important role in mining resources,railways,highways,hydroelectric power stations,nuclear power plants,and urban construction.While engineering blasting technology is widely used to bring huge economic benefits to the society,the blasting vibration effect has a great impact on the safety of buildings and facilities around the blasting area,which is the most destructive and difficult engineering problem in blasting hazards,and has long plagued the field of Engineering blasting.The development plan of China's engineering blasting industry in the 12th Five-Year Plan put forward the development idea of "digital blasting".In order to ensure the safety of blasting construction,the National?Code for Blasting Safety(GB6722-2014)?requires that "blasting vibration monitoring should be carried out for blasting projects above grade D".With the rapid development of computer,network,communication,grid and Internet technology,modern test system has depended more and more on computer and information processing.Intelligent vibration measurement system has become the future direction of development.Therefore,this paper combined the existing blasting vibration measurement mechanism,data resources and various vibration measurement instruments with grid technology and parallel computing technology in the computer field,and carried out the research and application of key technologies of remote vibration measurement system for blasting safety.The main research work and achievements are as follows:(1)The design of remote vibration measurement system was studied.Based on the requirement of digital blasting vibration measurement,in order to realize the automatic,remote transmission and data processing of blasting vibration measurement data,and the remote calibration of blasting vibration measurement instruments,equipment and systems,the overall design of the system architecture and technical framework of the remote vibration measurement system was carried out.The functions,operating environment,logical structure and logical structure of the system were analyzed,studied and scientifically designed.In order to ensure the system security and data security,The security design of remote vibration measurement system and the authorization method based on proxy authority were studied.(2)The cloud computing framework of remote vibration measurement system was designed.The logical structure of cloud computing,cloud platform management software and virtualization management software were optimized,and the framework of cloud computing was determined.(3)The remote vibration measurement system was developed.Using flex as the presentation layer technology,spring management class and hibernate,hibernate and database interaction,database design and interface design were carried out.Web service+ESB structure was used to call between subsystems.SCA development technology based on Web service and ESB as service bus were used to complete the development of remote vibration measurement system.(4)The pre-processing method of digital blasting vibration measurement signal was studied.Considering the limitation of the lower natural frequency limit of the velocity sensor mounted on the remote vibration measurement system and the noise interference in the environment,the time history curve of the measured signal of blasting vibration may deviate from the baseline,and the interference component appears in the frequency domain.Based on SGWT,the method of eliminating low frequency trend term of vibration measurement signal was studied,and the optimal method of separating high frequency noise in remote vibration measurement system was determined.(5)The time-frequency characteristic analysis method of digital blasting vibration measurement signal in remote vibration measurement system was studied.Based on the matching pursuit algorithm and the time-frequency analysis principle of Wigner-Willie distribution,an improved MP-WVD algorithm was proposed to overcome the shortcomings of traditional time-frequency analysis algorithm in the process of characteristic analysis of digital blasting vibration measurement signal in remote vibration measurement system.The validity of the algorithm was analyzed by using simulation signal,and compared with the results of short-time Fourier transform and wavelet transform.Finally,SGWT were used as the low-frequency trend removal algorithm,SGWT was used as the high-frequency noise filtering technology,and MP-WVD was used as the refined data processing method of time-frequency characteristic analysis of digital blasting vibration measurement signal.The scheme effectively guaranteed the accuracy and application value of the test data analysis results of the remote vibration measurement system.(6)Intelligent prediction algorithm of blasting vibration intensity was studied.In order to ensure blasting safety,advance prediction of blasting vibration hazard effect before blasting construction plays an important role.In this paper,a prediction model of blasting vibration intensity was proposed based on PCA and Adaboost-SVM algorithm,which could accurately predict the peak acceleration of blasting vibration,further improve the practicability and effectiveness of remote vibration measurement system,and laid a foundation for the engineering application of remote vibration measurement system.(7)The engineering application research of remote vibration measurement system was carried out.In order to demonstrate the scientific rationality of the design of remote vibration measurement system and the accuracy of data analysis&processing algorithm,engineering application tests were carried out in combination with blasting vibration and collapse vibration hazard effect test projects in demolition blasting of buildings and nuclear power stone blasting projects.The research shows that the remote vibration measurement system based on digital blasting theory can realize the real-time monitoring of blasting vibration and collapse vibration hazards.The data acquired by remote acquisition is accurate,safe,and can not be modified by manual intervention.It also can realize the accurate extraction of data features and the high-precision prediction of blasting vibration intensity.The research results in this paper can be used for vibration safety control of various blasting projects.It has important significance and application value for effectively controlling the damage of blasting seismic wave,reducing the impact of blasting construction on the surrounding environment,and accelerating the development of blasting theory and technology in China.
