| Based on the design idea of multi-ribbed composite wall,a new wall system was put forward in this dissertation,which is called assemble-type light steel multi-ribbed composite wall.It uses C light steel instead of reinforced bars and uses foaming cement instead of traditional ecological blocks.The characters of wall,including stress mechanism,failure mode,anti-seismic property,seismic response,dynamic property and design method,were got by using experimental study,theoretical analysis and numerical simulation methods.The wall of this type laid a solid foundation of large scale industrialization for assemble-type wall.The following details are the mainly work in this dissertation:1.Assemble-type light steel multi-ribbed wall experimental study was done.First,foaming cement,the embedded material,mechanical property test was done,and the basic physics and mechanical parameters of the materials was got by researching loading features of foaming cement.Second,axial compression test using 2 pieces of full size assembly-type wall was done,and loading mechanical,failure process,failure characteristics,bearing capacity and deformation performance of the walls was got.Third,low cyclic loading test using 3 pieces of full size assembly-type wall was done,and the failure characteristics,bearing capacity,stiffness,deformation,ductility,energy dissipation and other anti-seismic property were analyzed.Forth,the result showed that,foaming cement as an embedded material can resist most of the horizon shearing stress,and mortar layer can resist the deformation out of plane,which can improve the stiffness and bearing capacity of the wall.2.Fining numerical model was established and numerical analysis methods was studied.First,The bearing capacity,deformation behavior,failure process,failure mode and failure characteristics were analyzed by using experimental data.Then through comparing those factors,the bearing capacity of light steel multi-ribbed wall under vertical and horizon loading and moment was got.Second,ABAQUS FEM model was out forward and it’s reasonable and accuracy was verified.Then wall numerical extend analysis was done through key factors changing,effect laws of axial compression ratio,aspect ratio and other key factors were got,which can be the reference for other similar walls design.3.Shaking table test was done and seismic response was analyzed.First,stimulate earthquake shaking table test was done,modal parameter was determined,seismic response,failure characteristics and anti-seismic property of the model building was got through seismic wave stimulate test.Second,nonlinear seismic response analysis was done,light steel multi-ribbed structure nonlinear seismic response analysis method was established.Then seismic resistance evaluation of light steel multi-ribbed structure was done.Third,mainly seismic model was researched by using two earthquake ground motion acceleration time-histories records,seismic response analysis of assembly-type structure was done,assemble-type structure response under four kinds of seismic condition on different site was disscussed.Then the advantage of light steel multi-ribbed wall was explained.4.Seismic design methods and structural measures were forwardFirst,interal force calculation method under vertical loading and horizon loading for light steel multi-ribbed wall was researched,and bearing capacity empirical formula forward.Second,based on project practice and experience,general laws was put forwarded,such as material property,layout principle,and suitable height for muli-ribbed composite wall.Innovation points:1.Light steel multi-ribbed composite wall was designed and it’ stress and work mechanism were expounded by the experiment of wall compression property and low cyclic loading anti-seismic property.2.Light steel multi-ribbed structure nonlinear seismic response analysis method modal was established by the test on shaking table of all-proportion house structure,illustrating the process of structure damaging and evolution and evaluating anti-seismic property and technical advantage.3.ABAQUS FEM calculating model with the character of composite light steel multi-ribbed structure was made,and the law of effects of wall axial compression ratio and aspect ratio on its anti-seismic property was got,putting forward designing factors and making-structure measures of light steel multi-ribbed composite wall structure’ s antiseismic. |
