Rice(Oryza sativar.L)is an important crop that is feeded more than a half world' population. So,increase in yield rice to satisfy human'need is pressing requirement.Agronomic characters as high plant, length of panicle, length of flag leaf, number seed per panicle, weigh thousand rice, length and width rice and tolerance to salt They are the deciding factor for yield in rice. The rice cultivation(Oryza sativa)is derived from the world's most popular wild rice(Oryza rufpogon)and it has many elite traits. However,in the process of rice planting, some features and good characteristics of rice, the valuable characteristics of wild rice, such as tolerance for the stress of the biotic and the field, were lost.To fully utilize the wild rice germ resources,we build a set of hybrid populations(BIPs)that use a popular wild rice material from Lingshui,China.A set of high-resolution InDel molecule markers with an average period of 2.39 MB is designed to make markup support selections and define segmented characteristics. The BIPs contains 200 lines covering 1.286 introgressed pieces with an average length of 6.511 MB,including 93.59% of the chromatin of the donor's parents. The agronomy character of the 200 series has been studied. Many old quantitative loci characteristics(QTLs)involved in plant height, seed properties and other strokes reappear in our BIPs,proving that our system is reliable. Moreover, many new QTLs are defined.
