Increasing seed yield per unit is the important way to enhance the power of total seed production. For concentration of the rainfall on flowering and pod bearing stages lead the lodging declining, which decrease seed yield. So increasing the resistance of lodging is the prerequisite way to enhance sees yield. In this study three parents with significant variation in level of lodging(LD),plant height(PH),number of nodes(NN),plant height at fifth node(PH5),fresh leaves weight per plant(FLW),fresh stem weight per plant(FSW),fresh pods weight per plant(FPW),fresh roots weight per plant(FRW),fresh weight of aerial part(FWAP)and the ratio of FWAP to FRW(AP-R)were used to construct two recombinant inbred lines populations,RI63613 and RIL6013,from two crosses Dongnong L13 x Heihe 36 and Dongnong L13 x Henong 60.By multiple environment trails, constructing linkage map and mapping QTL,markers associated with lodging and its related traits were definite. The main results are showed as following.1.Two linkage maps for RIL3613 and RIL6013 were constructed by 156 and 137 SSR markers in twenty chromosomes covering the length of 2848.56 cM and 1886.8 cM.The number of markers ranged from 2 to 13 and 4 to 11 and the interval ranged from 1.15 to 283.42cM and 19.68 to 163.67cM.2.Totally 268 QTL controlling ten traits were detected including 39 for LD,65 for PH,13 for NN,6 for PH5,11 for FLW,6 for FSW,63 for FPW,54 for FRW,4 for FWAP and 20 for AP-R.There were 85 and 80 QTL detected at pod bearing and seed filling stages.Among all 268 QTL,53 QTL were detected over two environments and 136 were detected singly.qph-M-4 and qph-Dla-1 for PH at maturity detected in four and three environments could explained 4.91%-10.97%and 2.52%-4.42%of phenotypic variation,respectively.3.There were 121 QTL associated with effect of density(ED)on ten traits, including 16 for ED on LG,5 for ED on PH,7 for ED on NN,3 for ED on PH5,7 for ED on FLW,5 for ED on FSW,35 for ED on FPW,38 for ED on FRW,2 for ED on FWAP and 4 for ED on AP-R.There were 52 and 42 ED QTL were identified at pod bearing and seed filling stages.Of all,two QTL for ED detected in two environments and 81 were identified in one environment.4.Thirteen QTL were associated with LD related traits at multiple developments, including 5 QTL controlling PH,2 controlling FPW and 6 underlying FRW.Among all thirteen QTL,seven QTL controlling two adjacent stages in on environment which indicated these seven QTL controlled the traits continuously in a longer phase in a specific environment.
